Wendy's — Restaurant in Bozeman

At approximately 9:30 am I drove through the drive through with my friends and I made an order and then asked if I could make a separate order. I was told no by the lady who was at the drive through so I said ok I’ll complete the order and then make another one considering there was no one behind my vehicle. Then some guy came on the microphone and was immediately rude to me saying I wasn’t allowed to do that for some reason even though I have a brother who works for Wendy’s and I know that’s not true. He said I could order inside so I said ok fine. I went inside and immediately he came up to me (I wasn’t aware that it was him) I proceeded to complain about the customer service and he said it was him and that he was the manager (which I thought was absolutely horrible for him to be a manager and speak to customers the way he did) Which I replied saying no that was a girl I was talking too and I just decided to order anyway. Then we processed to order and he cut us off saying he dined us service even though we did nothing wrong (I did ask for his full name, he just said his name was Kenny and that “I didn’t have any business knowing his last name” and that’s “he worked there 8 years and to just try and get him fired”. While just at that point refusing us service. I then went to a different Wendy’s nearby and they did exactly what I wanted and made a separate order with no problem and excellent service. So I saved the receipt. So I don’t think a “manager” like that should continue to work there with that...

I love Wendy's. Thier food is great. But when visiting the one in Bozeman near Lowe's I had a horrible experience. We came in and ordered our food. Then went to find a place to sit. There are about 30 tables in this building everyone of them was dirty. As was the floor the walls and even the ceiling. (Photos also posted) I went back the the counter and asked for a rag to wipe off my table. I was brought a little white bag. I repeated that I would like a rag to wipe off the table. I was told that he would be out right away to clean the tables. We sat down and used napkins to make a table cloth and eat out whole meal. Good food by the way. As we were finishing our meal a employee came out and started sweeping the floor. As of course the place we put our feet is more important than where we put our food. The 2 trays that we reieved our food on were covered in grease enought that it absorbed into and saturated the wax paper tray cover. We found as we were leaving that the bottom of one of the trays was covered in katsup. I sure hope that someone in management sees this. I will stop here but there is about a book left to write. Altought the man at the counter...
