10/24/25 Newsflash Previous issue was NEVER resolved so today I tried Applebees again. After waiting 6 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out, I realize that I paid for a large and kids frozen swirl drink and both drinks were the SAME EXACT SIZE!!! When I called the manager to just voice my complaint. I wanted NOTHING in return, he was NOT receiving of my feedback and tried to flip the script on me. When I asked for his name. He hung up the phone after saying he just started a few months ago! This is the same bad service! A management team that cannot receive criticism or fix issues they cause! Instead they blame the customer every time! Had my husband call and they would not even let him speak. We had to our poor grandma call just to learn the managers name was Emilio!!!
1/7/25 UPDATE Per the response and link submitted from Applebees, I completed the link, which advised someone would contact me within in the next 4 business days. That was on 12/23/24 and no one has called.
11/02/24 UPDATE** A refund was NEVER issued. I called the restaurant again and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes for a manager. I got Edith the kitchen manager again. Why do they keep sending the kitchen manager who doesn’t even know how to issue a refund. All she can do is take down my information!!! This is crazy and the worst service ever!! NO ONE AT THIS RESTAURANT IS TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING!!! I will not use your link, I will NEVER spend a dollar at this restaurant.
Ordered thru the Applebees app for delivery. Food arrived wrong. Called the store for a manager, placed on hold for 8 minutes. Hung up and called back and I spoke to the rudest manager I have ever encounter named Rob! He never apologized and he hung up on me. Read moreOn 07/21/2024 my family and I went to grab dinner. We have been to this restaurant multiple times. Our server was Yasmine this time. Yasmine seemed like a decent human being. We had conversation, she even talked sweetly to my 1 year old. She stated how this was her first day. She was attentive with bringing our drinks and refills. Even suggested good dessert. So I decided ok she’s nice and this her first day I’m going to tip her a $20. Our bill was $75 . So when Yasmine brought the check I gave her my card and a $20 cash tip. She smiled and said thank you. I signed the receipt . I didn’t fill anything in the tip line . I never do cause I always give the cash directly to their hand. I check my account like 2 days later. I see a $95 charge. Yasmine decided $20 wasn’t enough she added herself an extra $20. You smiled in my face . Played with my son. And turned around and stole from us. I’ve never had this done to me before. Just what kind of person does that. I understand people are struggling. But so am I, but when we can our family goes out and treat ourselves. And do our part in tipping the people who provide these services. But anyway we had to call corporate because after going back up there to talk to someone. Read moreAt 6:50 my boyfriend, toddler daughter, and myself show up to Applebees thinking we would give them a chance. We get sat right away but about 10-15 minutes go by before our server, Yasmine, stops by to get our drink order, which we actually order our drinks, appetizer, and food. Before she steps away she states, “I hope I get this right.” It takes about 5 minutes after she inputs our food into the system for my boyfriend to receive his drink, a Shirley sparkler. It took at least another 10 minutes for my daughter and I to receive our apple juice and Pepsi. We ordered chips and queso as an appetizer so my daughter could start snacking before her food got there but that ended up being the very last item we received at our table. I end up getting my combo player and finishing it (about 10-15 minutes) before my daughter and boyfriend received their food. The entire time I watch, what looked like the manager (tall guy with a ponytail) sitting at a table or standing in the bar area and not once checking on the at least 6 tables in the restaurant.
