McDonald's — Restaurant in Bradley

A semi-short review on the McDonald's established here on Kinzie Rd.

And that is me being lenient on them. This place is harrowing to say the least...but I won't be writing a usual one-off personal experience like you may see here. I have watched and taken orders at this McDonald's a total of 4 times each time ranging a 30-45 min service time and wait! that's not including me eating! now each order I've gotten is also a variety of food. from both breakfast and lunch menue. Most potato based food (mainly hash browns and fries) are undercooked. chalky in cold in the middle with a pale white and yellow on the outside...All the time. oils from the grease chap are a bubbling swirl of black lichor from what I saw from the counter. many of the employees are either pacing about unsure what to do or are being flogged by the manager for not doing their job...whilst the manager cooks food without gloves on! both ice cream and soft served coffe machine are completely out of service(yet they still use them!) they will serve a milkshake of a thick sludge almost astounding if people can even live after drinking whatever clogged ichor that falls our of that greasy nozzle. (I am a professional ice cream jockey, soda jerk, and baker going on 7~ years.) the same can be said with the self serve soda line located against the far wall. carbonation pipes are surely gelled up or clogged outright as carbonation is not mixing and almost a clear swirl within the bottom of your cup. nozzles have a slight grease and are clogged with syrup and crumbs? (bread crumbs of sorts...how!! I don't know) they hold no supplies behind the counter and will refuse yo restock them. causing employees to handle food and drinks and go out into the self serve counter and grab salt, straws, ketchup, and napkins bare handed and then return to the cash register and serve there. speaking of cashier service. horrid, many different employees are swamped and idly tap at the pos system with complete confusion as many items are mislabeled, missing, or mispriced. they only ever keep on cashier on and they even can't handle that and have to come out and use the self ordering machines to take people's orders! they then say to wait in line and approach the cashier with the ticket you got from the self ordering counter and hand them your receipt with confidential information and then pay for it since they can't even take orders with the actual register. Now you placed your crude and inaccurate order and wait....and wait...wait some more...and then finally they call your number and...The food is undercooked and even wrong! hooray! time to just leave cause you sure as he** arn t gonna sit another 40 mins for them to get it right on the second time.

if you plan stopping here i would urge you to not and just skip on it. but should you just absolutely need McDonald's from here? for whatever reason...god speed...you will need it when you get home and are hurling from the raw beef or spoiled milk and creamer from the ice...

Where do I began I was at this location March 13th a cashier was taking my order I gave her a ten-dollar bill for a meal which was 5 bucks she didn't have a change so she went to get the manager for for change she left her draw open I called her and told her to close her drawer because she can get in trouble for leaving the drawer open q I'm waiting for my change a gentleman that works there told me to move to the side he was a employee crew member I told him I wasn't moving to the side till I get my change the manager came and told me not to talk to her employee rule and I didn't say anything rude I told him to go finish cooking or doing the burgers or whatever he was doing that I'm waiting on my food as I sat down and get my mail which was given to me by the manager a male manager came and told me that I need to leave and if I don't leave he's going to call the police and I told him I ordered food I'm sitting here eating my food I was trying to explain to him about the young lady leaving a draw open he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence he got on the phone and start calling the police I asked the female manager why is this dude calling the police she said cuz I was disrespectful to an employee I don't think that's a need to call the police I ordered food I paid for my food I was sitting down to eat my food and I was threatened by police in told if I come back then I'll be trespassing and he will call the police this is very...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered which was difficult because you couldn't hear the employee. They took our money and we pulled up to the pick-up window and sat there for over 20 mins. No one came to the window, we could see the employee's and manager walking back and forth laughing and talking with each other. I literally had to knock on the window several times to get someone's attention. My daughter had to get out of the car in the freezing rain and go inside to see what the problem was! Finally someone came to the window with our partial order. When we asked what happened? She said "oh something broke" and closed the window. We still hadn't received our complete order. I asked to speak to the manager who was very rude and said something broke down, I asked why No One came to the window to explain that to all of us waiting in the drive through, because that would have been the right thing to do, she replied "I don't know mam" and walked away. When we got all the way home our order was messed up and the food tasted awful. We have had other issues with this restaurant, but never this bad. We will be filling a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office. People have choices on which restaurants they choose to patronize, but we thought we would give them another chance....
