Wendy's — Restaurant in Brandon

Horribly managed and really unorganized. I'm currently disability and have seeing problems I can't drive so coming from my eye doctor I had the Uber driver go out of his way to help me get food. We went through the drive thru took about 15 mins just to get to the speaker to order. I ordered a large chilli and a spicy ranch chicken asiago meal. I get to the widow pay and then is handed a bag I look in it and just see the sauces I go to ask if everything was in the bag and the lady had left and nooneelse answered. Instead of waiting we just drove off and I was dropped off . I settle and open my bag there's no chili! So I procede to open the sandwich it looked funny my eyes were dialated and I bite to this burnt tasting sweet horrible sandwich. I call to complain and get the manager in training who was very nice but couldn't assist me. The actual manager answers the phone very rude "whats the problem" I let her know about my condition and Ii can't get around and drive back do to my illness and disability she said she couldn't do aanything could void or cancel I was out of my money if I didn't come back. I spimply asked for the corporate number and was hung up on rudely. I found the number online and report her and was refunded my money thank God they helped. The le lack of customers service and compassion makes this place a definite don't go for me unless...

Wish you could give negative stars...but you can't, I went through drive thru, ordered a grilled asiago club with no tomato and a side salad instead of fries, well I had to repeat my order 4 times cause it's as if I was not speaking English, it took 2 different people to get my order, I get back to my office to eat, which it took me under 5 min to get to my office, the salad had some lettuce that looks like it was 10 days old, so I did not even eat the salad, I opened my chicken sandwich to add some pepper, well you can see they put a tomato on it and then took it off. The chicken was old I could not even bite it, it looks to me that the sandwich was under a hot lamp for at least 30 min, when I ordered it, they pulled the tomato off and served it to me!!! They pride their self on fresh food, I can assure you the order I received today was not fresh at all. The only good thing I was served was the green tea!! Will never visit this...

Just went through the driveway of this Wendy’s and it’s horrible. They have this machine taking your orders and suddenly it took my order and then suddenly it stopped then the machine said it didn’t understand me someone got on there to speak to me take my order about four times then no one spoke anything I was there practically waiting 10 minutes in the drive through and I just decided to leave. It’s ridiculous. I think they have a lot of lazy people working inside of there cause there was practically no one in line and the place was empty. and it was 6 o’clock. i’m sorry Wendy’s, but you just done made all these workers more lazy than what they already are because now they decide to take the orders or they decide to not take them they could just say all the machine is not working and that’s it act like they can’t hear the customer.
