Jin China — Restaurant in Brandon

Well get your popcorn ready because this is a long story....

First of all, when I first arrived in there for some strange odd reason, the lady continue to look at me strangely as if she knew me which I can tell you now she didn't.....

When I place my order, I sat down and I waited patiently. Every time I looked out the corner of my eye she was looking at me: Maybe because I spoke proper and enunciated my words.

the second time I caught her peeking at me I looked up at her and just stared back and then she finally turned away.

Now I'm about to put the icing on the cake!!! I saw her when she gave my order away not paying attention because she was so focused on me.. I assume she thought the guy that was with his wife was me and I'm saying that to be nice!!!!

So they got a free meal which is on her literally!!!

As I sat there patiently I wondering when she was going to say can I help you; why are you still sitting here; or something to that nature as several people walked in and walked out well after me and got their food....

So I had to go to her and ask her politely where's my food, and her response is oh my gosh oh, so she prepared my food and instead of going the extra mile in maybe refunding me my money, or adding something extra such as maybe some wings and a drink, the only thing I get is to spring rolls for the inconvenience....

I'm a mild-mannered and nature guy and rather than call the scene I'll just have my voice heard in this review....

I normally don't judge on customer service, as you'll see with a lot of reviews that I've done that probably deserve 3 or 4 stars, I want on the head and gave them 5 due to good food....

No matter how good this food taste, it doesn't make up for that type of mistake and for me personally I have to give them one even if the food is good which I have not tasted at this moment and honestly don't care to comment on.....

I would say go at your own risk, but l assure you I'll never...

I have already tried this place multiple times, so I feel confident giving my review. I'm surprised by the current rating, this place is five stars. The food is delicious and fresh, the portions are generous, and the ingredients are high quality. The restaurant feels clean, they use good packaging for takeout, and they have about 4 to 5 tables for dining in.

I enjoy picking up my lunch here because the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. Their lunch specials are my favorite, and I go at least once a week to get my lunch. They are also very quick at getting the food ready.

Overall, I love this place. So far, it's my favorite spot for Chinese fried rice and General Tso's chicken in Tampa. I highly recommend it, especially for days when you don't feel like cooking, have a craving for Chinese food, or need a quick lunch for the office.

So this is the thing, this place is literally only 2 mins away from where I work so I have been here quite a few times. All times, big orders. But the last two times (thought I would give them one more chance) me and another person ordered the sweet and sour chicken, it has been extremely overcooked to the point where it is not edible. Very disappointed. So we decided to try something else, which we got the bourbon chicken with chicken fried rice. Well they must have forgot the salt because it was so bland. Last time I go there! Went to China Wok today and let me tell you the sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken egg roll, and crab rangoon were ALL on point! Worth the...
