Despite it's 'on the fringe' location, this had previously been a fairly good place to visit, and there had been a super friendly woman who worked there that I always enjoyed seeing. I do not know if she is still there, but she wasn't today, and the place has frankly gone to ...well, 'heck'. Marcia or Marsia or something like that, a uniformed employee, played a football game as loud as her smart phone would play it, on her break in the dining area. We had the privilege of that disruption during our meal. When we first entered to order, there was no one at the register - so we waited around until someone finally noticed; but as soon as he stepped to the register, he retreated and went over to help apparently an online order. When he finally got to the point where he would actually take our order, we could not understand a word he was saying. At first I thought it was just me, but my friend confirmed he couldn't understand him either. We finally deduced he must have been speaking to someone using one of those bluetooth ear devices, in jamaican or something, but it made no sense since I had just handed him a coupon to show him what we wanted (a picture was the only way I knew how to communicate with him at this point). Read moreCame through the drive thru this afternoon. To start the individual at the window was not pleasant, likely due to being overwhelmed. Pretty much threw the order at us and slammed the window behind her. She forgot our drink (medium sprite -on a separate order we placed-). However, what takes the cake is the moldy bread on the crispy chicken sandwich. For management reference the order was a number 9, large fry, and large diet coke placed in between 12:05pm -12:15pm total $11.06 and paid with cash. I open up the wrapper to the sand which and immediately my eyes are directed to the mold directly ON TOP of the bun. So you mean to tell me the “cook” didn’t see it? I mean how could you possibly miss that? I am totally disgusted and quite frankly rather disappointed in the food and customer service. This location has seriously gone down hill and the other locations in the vicinity are not far from it either. I refuse to come back here, if mold is missed when in plain sight who knows what else is going “unnoticed”? I really hope that management gets it together because at the end of the day every person is a customer and I know for a fact if the worker that allowed this moldy sandwich to be sent out received the sandwich i did as a paying customer, they would be upset too. Read moreLet me start this off by saying the cashier was courteous, but, I was not offered a receipt. I was also asked to stay at window #1. This was to avoid tripping the window #2 sensor thus showing longer drive through times. I sat there for a good 3 to 5 minutes. It felt like longer. Then I get to window #2 and they hand me the wrong bag of food. How does this even happen when the orders are listed on the screen in the order it was taken? The window #2 person looked very confused and asked me to repeat my order. After another minute of waiting and confusion, I get my food. The correct items were in the bag. That was about it. The spicy chicken fries were not hot. And I asked for extra ketchup on my burgers. I didn't get any extra. The tomato on my burger was ONE tomato and it was about the same size as the pickle. My whole point here is this: If employees are going to demand a better wage, they need to get better at whatever job they are doing, and if management doesn't want to provide more help during busy hours, then I'll find somewhere else to eat. And what's with having no napkins in the bag? When did this start being "normal"? Your tiny cost saving measures are costing...
