It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Branson

Ugh, I hate to jump on the 1 star train, but the experience of getting our food was more frustrating than acceptable. We chose pickup since delivery was the main 1 star review reason stated by other customers.

Before clicking order the web link said one time, once clicking order (and officially paying) that time doubled.

When we arrived for pickup, this is part of Chili’s To Go (no sign or markings any of us could find). The worker at the To Go register said that it was not part of Chili’s, but where we would get our wings. I verified the wait time with her. She implied she couldn’t be sure. The food was ready earlier than expected though.

Food specific downfalls~ It is not clear what you are ordering. All wing orders came broken down in 8 counts with 1 ranch and fries. (We ordered a 32 count and 16 count so 6 meal boxes were given.) The ranches were not sealed, melted?, messy in multiple of the boxes. The Deep fried Oreos (Yup, we did order the one not Wings item😆) were TERRIBLE!! Not cooked correctly, devoured/soggy with oil, and their was a hair in the sealed chocolate sauce container. Just not acceptable in anyway.

Positive~ ~The wings, fries, and ranch are honestly pretty good. Think more flavor and less mess than Pizza Hut Wing Street.

We will be giving this another try sometime in the future, just never this...

food wasn't bad, but half of the wings were coated in something that looked like thin bbq but didn't have a distinguishable flavor. the shot glass size sauce cups didnt help much, one was orange and gave no clue as to the flavor, the other one was darker and thin like syrup, one should have been parmesan garlic and the other mango habanera... neither one had any spice or garlic flavor. 4/10 as wings (without strange coating were fine) if we try it again, it will have to be in person to see if that changes things. Called after i placed an online order to let them know i had a gluten allergy and would appreciate if they could put the fries in a different container. The young man that answered acted very not interested in what i had to say in the slightest with an “okay have a good day” not even asking me what name my order was under and then hung up. Came to pick up my order 25 minutes later to fries thrown on-top of BOTH sets of wings....
