Hi, I hate to be this person but I’ve never had a bad experience at a fast food place and this is actually the first review I ever make on a restaurant. I went to go get breakfast this morning and the person who took my order, got my order wrong which is fine. I’m not complaining about the food but the service that was provided. I asked if my food could be fixed and what seems to be the manager which I believe her name is Trish, kept shrugging her shoulders and said “I don’t know”, “I don’t know, what do you want me to do about it?” And then eventually I said “I do not want this” and she took it back then I repeated what my order was supposed to be and she told the person next to her “what is she saying”, “I don’t know what she is saying””I don’t understand her” and kept repeating that and eventually walked away. in my opinion, it’s really rude coming from a person whose English was not the first language but also my English is not bad at all. Then she proceeded to not give me the right order again, which at the end of the day, I just gave up and drove away. She really frustrated me and I called to complain and she happened to answer and I said I ordered something she “claims” is not on the menu the day before today and she continues to reply with “ well I was here all day yesterday and I don’t remember that being a order” which at this point, she is calling me a liar then continues to offer the same order I wanted but I said no, and thank you because I don’t want anything from that place again, if it took that many tries to get what I wanted in the first place. This is the worst experience, I’ve ever had there. I always go there and employees are always so kind and lovely, on the other hand she was not that case. I will not be going there anymore. Read moreI had the unfortunate opportunity to have lunch on 2-20 and I have a 30-minute lunch break. I spent 27 of it waiting for food. I work nearby and used to come here multiple times a week, but the quality of service has gone significantly downhill. This place cannot handle more than three orders at a time. I felt bad for the few employees that did decide to work as they have been severely under staffed for months until I saw how rude and unprofessional they were at addressing the issue. I had not been in several months hoping that it had gotten better, and it has not. Most drinks were out of order. Food was sitting due to the huge wait and thus cold for myself and everyone getting theirs, with multiple couples upset and demanding refunds or remakes. I had to shovel my cold and stale food down my throat and was still late to work and didnt have time for a remake. I will not be going back here and will tell everyone to avoid it. If this place cannot maintain employees, they should be closed. I have seen employees come and go like crazy and I can't imagine why. You couldn't pay me $30 an hour...
Read moreThe drive thru team was horrible. My wife asked for a mixed frosty (chocolate and vanilla half and half). Which has been done before at this location mind you. The lady taking the order wouldn’t listen when she asked for a frosty instead of a drink and she had to repeat that 3 times finally when she asked for a mixed frosty the lady said we don’t do that here go to McDonald’s they have mixed frosty’s. I’m sorry I don’t know why you think it’s okay to send business away to your competition when you have served me this before. If you’re new ask if your a veteran there and are to lazy to make one get someone else to do the job and quit. Because everyone on here that leaves a review said that the staff is excellent. I saw none of that today. My wife also waited at the drive thru window waiting to ask for another sauce for almost 5 minutes while there was 4 employees just standing there talking to each other.
