Unbelievable! My wife and I should have known we made a mistake the moment we walked in. The employees were surly and frowning as if we were an interruption, mean looks even though we were smiling and friendly. It was 5:30 and we were the only customers, so far. The food looked horrible but stupidly, we ordered anyway out of being too polite to walk out.
I love Moes, everywhere we've visited but this place is a disgrace. Employees and manager have an attitude for no reason. Food was nonedible. My homewrecker burrito was folded wrong just slopped together. Food looked like it was left out way too long, maybe leftover from another day.
Then the salsa bar was empty and I asked them to fill it. At least we could eat the chips. Not only did they DO Nothing, but they continued to talk on their cell phones even when they were serving as other customers had arrived.
The soda tasted 'Gamey' as if something was wrong with the water. Finally we demanded our money back, $28.00. The manager asked my wife if she knew how hard it is to run a restaurant. We are business professionals and we understand hospitality and customer service business. We got our refund and went next door to Culver's for our dinner.

Read moreSo this is not the first time my family and I have been to this Moe’s. First couple times not terrible. The entire staff quit and the store closed a few months back, which sucked cause we tried to go and weren’t sure if they were gonna open back up. However my family and I went this past Tuesday the 22nd and it was a waste of my $50 bucks. First the ladies were nice, however did not complete this order in a timely manner and my wife’s bowl ended up just being “veggies” cause she can’t eat meat.
Secondly, the store was a mess and not trashed but not up to par. The salsa bowls were bare except some old scraps just lying in there and I had to ask one lady if she could refill it and she did after a little bit. The drink machine was the worst as it was covered in old drink syrup splashed all over.
The suckiest part is I called customer service to let them know and the lady simply said after I finished talking “thanks for the info I will pass it on….bye” and I paused for a second and said “that’s it?” She said “yes I will pass it along, thank you for your feedback, have a nice day.”
I didn’t get the courtesy of “I’m sorry that happened, either I can refund you or here I can send you a gift card to cover the cost for your family at a different Moe’s”

Read moreLol, I was going to tell all about my horrible experience at this disaster of a location, but after seeing other reviews all I can do is laugh. I am not sure if Moe's is a franchise with indie operators, but if so, how could someone let a money making machine like this get so bad? At this point I actually feel bad for the folks who work at this store, mostly kids, who experience no sense of pride in their workplace, and basically exist in an environment of downward momentum. The entire staff needs to be retrained and someone from corporate needs to come through with some guidance on enthusiasm, cleanliness and accuracy. If you work at this location, please know that your community wants you to succeed. You only need to walk a block over to chik-fil-a and see that quick service food work does not have to be terrible drudgery, which is the impression you get the moment you walk in the store. We all know you can do better, what we're wondering is, why aren't you? Wouldn't it be awesome to leave work everyday feeling like you aced it? Please don't consider this a bad review, consider it a moment of encouragement. I for one will be glad to edit this review when there has been an improvement at this location. I'm rooting for you!...
