Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bremen Township

I ordered the brown sugar oat latte with oatmilk 3 days in a row from here today I went and got it it wasn’t made how I got it the previous drink so I went back the lady manager that says she works everyday 4am older lady was very rude and disrespectful I tried to explain to her I I ordered the same drink same way for the past couple days she said I’m wrong that the drink didn’t start till today and i said if that’s true then what we’re they giving me then for the past couple days when I ordered it … she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying saying I was wrong …. All I wanted to know was if the drink supposedly started today then what was I given for the past 3 days … I asked if I can have it with oatmilk because that’s what I was given the last couple times and that’s what I ordered a large iced brown sugar oat latte with oatmilk….. she goes and start yelling you have to pay and I’m like you made my drink wrong why do I have to pay when you didn’t make what I ordered ? Doesn’t make sense I paid the money for the right drink anyways but she doesn’t need to be a manager or should talk to customers that way …… I never had a problem with this location but I won’t be going back because of how rude and incompetent the...

A small structure whose size belies what this Dunkin Donuts has to offer. 🍩 ☕ 🥪 👍 I go there because of excellent service as well as the food and coffee. Convenience as well. The morning staff is always friendly and on the ball. 😊 During peak hours when the flow of customers is nonstop the employees are always cool, calm, and collected. New hires seem to catch on quickly as well - a testament, I believe, to good training provided by their mentors. Breakfast offerings abound, healthy and (let's be honest) otherwise. Personally I go there for beverages and sweets - of which there are vast choices and combinations available. If I can give it no stars I would. I go to work at 3 in the morning I would love coffee befor work like any human being who likes coffee! I went this morning around 230 being Polite as I am I asked for a minute, the drive thru guy said okey and something in his language with an attitude!
