Used the drive thru in the early evening. Ordered a daily double, an ice water, small fry and three cookies. The girl working the drive thru window failed to inform me that the daily double was buy one regular price and get the second one for a dollar. When my daughter and I pulled up to the first window my daughter wanted to use some points from her mcdonalds app and she showed the girl at the window the deal she wanted on her phone and the girl asked for her code and my daughter asked if it was accepted and the young girl at the first window said yes, it was applied to our order. When the girl informed us of the total it was more money than we would have paid WITHOUT APPLYING THE CODE!! My daughter then asked when the buy one sandwich get one for a dollar promotion ended and the girl replied that the promotion was still active. My daughter then told her to please add the second daily double for the dollar and the girl then had an attitude and informed us in an aggressive tone that all orders should be placed before coming to the window. A passenger in the back seat who hadn't ordered anything finally spoke up and asked for the manager because she was currently working at a McDonald's at another location. She also chastised the girl because when someone places an order for one of the sandwiches in buy one, get one promotion her job duties of that position is to inform customers of the bogo promotion in order to increase sales. I won't be visiting this location until they begin hiring someone who has the mentality of a twelve year old and the attitude of a sixteen year old. Shame on whoever hires the youths who are then put in the position of dealing with...
Read moreI go like I have for the past years to buy my breakfast burritos and I treat the girl at the register very nice and with respect. I drive a semi truck for a living. I’m parked across the street next to Popeyes and walk over to buy my burritos with coffee. This time I ran in to this lady that I don’t remember seeing there before. She hands the burritos to girl in the counter and the coffee. I cross over to my truck bit my burrito and to my surprise it wasn’t a breakfast burrito it was something they made personal for themselves in the kitchen.. I walk back the change the burrito’s and instead of the lady accepting the mistake she treated me like dirt in front of everyone seating at the tables. She judge me because of my looks. She thought I was a homeless and treated me so humiliating it wasn’t funny. But I gave her I a piece of my mind. I call her trash. She trash to me. Why because she feels no respect for humans specifically a McDonald representative. She not only represents McDonalds she should represent herself with dignity and respect. It doesn’t matter wether they are homeless or not they came to McDonalds they are McDonalds customers. She threatened me with the police like if the police was going to scare me or make run away. Like if I didn’t had lawyers that represent my trucking company. Look at your cameras so you can see this lady how she treated me. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner too sometimes. 99.9 %...
Read moreThe manager who drives a blue pick up truck has no regard for his customers. When my family was finished with breakfast and went to our car in the parking lot, his truck was parked inches from mine. He parked so far over the line his truck was actually in my spot. There was absolutely no way to get the baby in his car seat, and no way for the driver to get in. We had to go into the restaurant, find out who's truck it was, which then found out it belonged to the manager. What was he thinking when he parked? He was going to leave it like that all day and trap the customer's car there? With no access to their drivers side of the car?? Some people unfortunately don't care about others, only themselves. The food and service of the restaurant was great, however my family and I will never return because of the manager and his lack of knowing how to park at his own place...
