If you like piña coladas...🍹 you'll find them here, and so much more! I base my review, in large part, on my numerous visits to the Sunday buffet. 🍽 🌮 👍 I can only assume that the service and quality are consistent in other aspects of the restaurant and regular menu, as well. Pepe's buffet packs quite a punch in a limited amount of floor space. 🌮 🍗 🌯 🍖 🍰 👍 Selections abound, enough to please a wide variety of tastes. The food is fresh, warm, and savory - I can't say enough. 👨🍳 👏 So much to choose - from different cuts and styles of meat (mostly mild), to plentiful sides to mix and match, and desserts to tempt even the fullest of bellys! 🍉 🍈 🍍 🥮 🍰 😋 👍 Chips are fresh, guacamole is terrific, rice and beans are authentic and oh so good - keystone signs of the best Mexican restaurants. Tortillas and pop are replenished as needed. 🥤 👍 Terrific service in all sectors is always greatly appreciated, and Pepe's staff is exceptional. Christina 👩👍, Fidel 🧑👍, and the rest of the staff are very friendly, always helpful, and extremely attentive. Muchísimas gracias! Excellent food and great service are what keep me coming back again and again and... 👍👍 I tried the skirt steak/carne asada dinner one March 2019 evening and came away satiated and impressed. The steak (cooked to order) was succulent and tender, and could have easily been pulled apart - it was that tender. Yum! I am compelled to give more regular menu items a try on...
Read moreToday was my last day visiting this location. The Spanish waitress was beyond rude today. She treated my 74 year old mother like a hard criminal for taking Splenda packs from the table that she usually puts in her water. This lady was watching my mother the entire time because she’s racist while we sat and ate our lunch. How weird is that? I’ve been eating at this location for more than 10 years. It’s always that one weirdo recently(2 years) hired employee doing the most. She should be ashamed of herself for being the evil wicked woman that she is. She said continually to my mom and I, “we have cameras” and she can prove she stole some splendas off the table. Like lady she never denied it. She thought they were free to the customers. Thats not theft when we are dining in they’re on the table. I guess she wanted brownie points from her manager that did apologize for her behavior. That was the most insanest event I’ve ever witnessed in my 51 year old life. Next time put a do not touch sign there weird lady. The camera comment what was insane. She must’ve been arrested in her life. Those are usually the ones that are disguised criminals. Food quality has declined as well. I will no longer support Pepe’s with my hard earned money for the poor quality customer service and food that...
Read moreThis place exceeded our expectations. We haven’t been to this Pepes restaurant in about 20+ years, but it was New Year’s Eve and it was about the only restaurant open past six that we found so being fans of Pepe’s restaurants we decided to come here. The interior is very big and charming. There’s a bar near the rear of the restaurant and two different dining rooms with several booths. Service was great. Our server, Carlos was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I ordered the Azteca combo plate, my mother-in-law ordered the steak taco dinner and my wife had the seafood quesadillas. Everything was excellent and very filling. We also ordered a side appetizer of guacamole, which is very big and good too. We never ran out of chips and salsa and appreciated that. I ordered a large margarita which was good, not great, lacking a bit in the tequila, but still enjoyable. We had a enjoyable time here and will definitely come back in the near future in highly recommend as...
