Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Bremerton

Four stars is probably the highest I will ever rate a fast food sub shop. I can't lie though, this place is really good. My first experience with Jimmy John's was in Phoenix several years ago when it was new there. We weren't sure what it was all about but I was excited to see that they served sprouts as an option on their sandwiches. I've been a fan of sprouts since I was a kid. From what I recall, the sandwiches were small, bland and overpriced and we basically swore to never have Jimmy John's again. A few years later, they even replaced one of our favorite sub shops by our office with a Jimmy John's and we still didn't order.

Now that we've moved, our delivery options have become severely limited in this area. Mostly pizza places and a couple we still need to try. My girlfriend decided to order from here one night when we were just too tired to cook. I was a bit hesitant but ordered the gargantuan sandwich with sprouts and peppers. We were sitting on the couch joking about the commercials where the deliveries are insanely fast, and all of the sudden there was a knock at our door and it was Jimmy John's!

I was pleasantly surprised by the food to the point where I totally devoured my sandwich. We've ordered from here several times since then, and they always arrive super fast, like almost as comically fast as the commercials. The food is always good AND it's always correct which is important to me. Some places always get something wrong.

If I could give NO stars I would! Have only ordered 2 times from this place, and BOTH TIMES orders were wrong! Even ordered IN the store in person, plus gave written paper with order and still got messed up order! Put mayonnaise on my sandwich, and I despise mayo! Makes me very ill! When called to complain, got laughed at by Ryan, the employee, and he argued about fixing order! So disrespectful and unprofessional! Will NEVER order here again! Manager finally resolved issue. Had to drive all the way across town to get refund. Just a warning, no cash refund policy. So use card to pay so when your order is messed up, they can put it back on your card. Have your receipt too! And, just to add more, when we went back to fix order, the guy actually said "Why are you tripping..it's just mayonnaise dude!" Said it RIGHT in front of manager too! Are people really just that dense? Mayonnaise makes me sick! I should darn well get what I pay for! They REALLY need to rethink who they hire! People have allergies to food. So YES it...

Good enough sandwiches, definitely not a hoagie (Northeast) if that's what you want. I've been ordering from them for about 2 1/2 years because it's a quick cheap option if you work downtown. However, tonight they would not deliver to Bremerton after they had already delivered to my roommate an hour earlier. When I called, an employee explained that they do not have any "zones" but must be able to deliver within 5 minutes, a delivery location could be 1-3 miles away but if the traffic pattern state they will arrive in five minutes that customer gets a sandwich. Now my home is no more than five minutes from the location, 1.5 miles to be exact as per Google; in current traffic. And he would not make an exception after a delivery had already been made to my home. Stating that my roommate had paid with a card so it was a "one time thing". Makes you think differently about their customer service and if I'll order from them again. That and now...
