Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Brenham

Well I just went and I now remember why I haven’t been in so long. The food isn’t fresh and the order is usually wrong. Very sad and disappointed. Also they don’t seem to like putting vegetables on meals that they belong on.. I’m not the only one experiencing this, my boyfriend used to go a lot and he said he stopped going because every time he went they didn’t put the vegetables on the burger. The fries are never fresh when I go. When the order isn’t made right I have to wait longer and it gets in the way of my day. It’s an inconvenience and the food isn’t even worth it it’s not that good anyway. I wanted to try the new cheddar burger thing but it just wasn’t it. Also they seemed confused and didn’t even realize that they didn’t put the vegetables on it and were basically like… what’s wrong with it?? Had to show a picture of it and they even brought out their employee handbook of the burger itself and there were veggies on it! I’m so confused and one of the girls was visibly upset and had a slight attitude about it like what???? I don’t like being “that guy” but what I received was very sad and unappealing and just fyi I’ve worked fast food myself and so has my boyfriend. We understand it’s hard but people pay money they’ve earned to eat some food and save time. Not get some sad food and spend more time waiting just for it to be fresh ENOUGH and done right. And the fact that she was upset and confused with us was just like bruh really. Ps please don’t skimp on the sauce and make it how the company tells you to… I’m not even going to go into the sauce topic lol but yeah probably not ever going again sorry not sorry I hope y’all work on it and have a great rest of the year enjoy your family and...

Every time we go to this location the staff are very lacking in the customer service department. They consistently read back an order that we place wrong, so we have to repeat at least twice before they get it right, half the time they try to add on stuff we never ordered, and a lot of the time the order we do get is wrong. The food never even remotely looks like it's supposed to or is missing ingredients that are supposed to be on it (example: patty melt that is missing cheese). If we ask about it, all we get is "I'm sorry, I'm not the one who rang up your order. I don't know what to do". That's the standard response we get from these employees.

Earlier today, I took my wife there because we got a coupon for two free tacos for her birthday, and when we got there they told us we had to purchase a large drink (for $3.02) to use the coupon which cost more than just the two tacos would have by themselves. Since we were already irritated at them for their poor customer service, we just let it go and drove the half hour back home. When we got back home, she checked the fine print on the coupon and NOWHERE did it say with purchase of a large drink, just "with purchase" which we had already bought two meals and some appetizers. At that point we just feel like they ripped us off just to sell us a drink that neither of us really wanted. "Free Tacos" became "buy a drink and we'll throw these in". Bought a bacon double cheeseburger was off temperature we got a chicken sandwich on sourdough it was mushy soggy the meat was not even meat it was cold and rubbery and slimy

We had ordered two of the fried tacos to go with it which they did not put in the bag we had to drive through traffic and in and out of several driveways to get back and the lady look insulted when we told her we didn't get our tacos those were also very lightly warmed everything appeared to have been microwaved or reheated very old and off temperature the poorest quality food I did feed most of it to my dogs I hope my dogs don't die

The fries were warm however there was no salt on them the entire meal was terrible the soda I ordered a Coke ended up being a root beer and Dr Pepper mix so they 100% screwed up everything I will never so help me ever shop at Jack In The Box again their food is below dog food quality I guarantee you that what has happened to fast food it is not even edible anymore? How can these people be in business?
