Not one bad thing to say about the food, it was excellent. The customer service, on the other hand was lacking. The server who took my order acted like he was being put upon to take my order. Then got a little snotty when I asked if I could get an egg on top of my grilled pork, and tells me "You know that will be extra, right?" Then, the server who brings me my food, doesn't look at me, but just drops off my bowl, and walks away without asking if I needed anything else. Finally, the bartender comes by and asks if I needed anything, because he saw me get up, and grab some Sriracha off of another table. When I get my bill, I was charged for two diet Cokes, I only ordered one. I called the bartender over, got my bill fixed, and also told him about the service that I got. The food was outstanding. Everything is crafted beautifully, I will definitely be getting food here again. However, I will probably get to-go or delivery, because the service here leaves a lot to be desired. It's very disorganized, it does not seem like employees are assigned to specific tables; nobody is communicating with one another. Many times, we were asked if we had already had our order taken or if we had already been helped. There was nobody at the host table, you just had to write your name on a slip of paper and hope someone happens to walk by and see it. I witnessed multiple people get fed up and leave because of the lack of a host. We ordered one appetizer and an entree each, and one entree arrived 15-20 minutes before the other 2!
