I walked in to a completely empty restaurant and am immediately told it was going to be 15-20 minutes because they guy was working on mobile orders. I told him that I was picking up a mobile order. When he handed me my sub, I saw that had only one mobile order ticket with two subs on it and that he was almost done with them both. I didn't think anything of it right off, got my subs, and went to leave. Before I left the restaurant, I checked my subs to make sure they were correct. Unfortunately, the were not. Both of them had been messed up. There was a sign on the cash registers that said if a customer was not happy, their sub would be remade. I went back up to him and let him know they were messed up and he immediately got defensive and said he was just following the ticket and insisting I was wrong. I pulled up my order on the app and showed him and he just huffed and told me it would be 10 minutes before he could get to me as he had to finish up the other mobile orders.
I stand there for eight minutes waiting as this guy put lettuce, salt, and pepper on two subs, wrapped them up, and put them in a bag. It took the man eight minutes to put lettuce, salt, and pepper on two subs and get them ready for the customer to pick them up. Once he finally finishes that, he gets ready to start remaking my subs. As he's doing that, a lady and a young boy walk in and get in line behind me. He immediately tells them it's going to be 15 to 20 minutes before he can help them because he has to remake my subs because (as he put it) "I did not order them right online". I looked over to the lady and told her it shouldn't be that long. I was getting two simple, identical subs (literally five ingredients). They get in line behind me as start waiting.
This man finally begins making my subs and it takes him six minutes to just put pepperoni on the two subs. I look at the lady behind me and she is even laughing at how slow he is being putting the pepperonis on. Fast forward, he finally finished my two subs. It took him 14 minutes (I've had other Subway restaurants be able to make it in around 3 minutes).
He finally gets them wrapped up and in a back and just tossed them at me and starts to walk away. I turn to leave, with the messed up subs still in my hand, on my way to the trash can to throw them away because they're trash. He can't resell them, so unless he wanted to eat them, that's where they were heading.
As I''m turning away, he quickly turns back towards me and starts reaching out his hand. I'm very confused so I turn back and ask him if there was anything else. He tells me to give him back the messed up subs or he is going to call the police on me. I'm absolutely floored at this point. I asked him why he was going to call the police and he said I was stealing the original, messed up subs because I didn't pay for them. I go to hand the bag to him and he rips it out of my hand. I'm fed up at this point. The woman and kid behind me still haven't been helped. I tell him I'm going to call the manager/owner in the morning and he says that he was going to call her right now. I'm at the door at this point and I just tell him to help the woman and kid who have been patiently waiting and he yells after me as I'm exiting that he never wants to see me in the store again.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a restaurant employee, anywhere. Do not ever go to this...
Read moreJust spent 15 minutes to get 1 footlong. I was the only customer there the whole time. I waited at least 5 minutes for the lone employee to come to the front counter from the cooler. I told her I was now in a pretty big rush.
The lettuce looked old and wilted and somewhat brown. I asked the employee if they had fresher lettuce and she said no. She also told me the lettuce I was looking at was better than the 3 boxes she told Subway corporate she needed credit for recently.
A 2nd employee clocked in while employee 1 was making my sandwich. The employee who was helping me couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was saying when he talked to her. Which happened a lot.
Got to where I was going and the sandwich wasn't cut all the way through to the bottom so when I tried to pull the first half from the second, stuff went everywhere.

The light shows that store is open but the staffs locked the door stating will be back within 5 minutes. We waited for more than half an hour and no one turned out. Three weeks back, we visited and ordered a ultimate cheesy garlic sandwich. We asked for a wheat bread and the staff rudely said that ultimate cheesy garlic will come only with white bread. This staff is not aware of that, it is only a suggestion that ultimate cheesy garlic can be made with white bread and depending upon customer's request they can customize it. Subway restaurants are available in every 1 mile radius and this kind of rude staffs doesn't understand the suggestions made by subway and how to retain their customers.
