Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgeport

if i could give this 0 stars I would. In fact, i would give a negative star. FIRST OF ALL, YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF DIRTY SCAMMERS. Yesterday, i reloaded my Dunkin Card on my phone with $15 (i have proof). Then, today I went to this dunkin in the morning and ordered a simple medium Iced coffee and a glazed donut. My total was $3.75 and i payed through the dunkin app. After waiting for about 8 minutes i recieved none of my orders and after the line was shorter I went back to the person who took my order and told her that i didnt get anything. THIS IS WHEN I GOT SCAMMED. THIS WORKER CLAIMED THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND THAT I DID NOT PAY. After she said that, i was angry because I couldnt believe that ive been standing around waiting for the order and she was pretending that i didnt just order. I went back on the app to show her the transaction history but it takes about 24 hrs for it to show so i had no proof at the time. SO THIS WORKER CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME ORDER TWICE. THEN, SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I ORDERED A HOT CHOCOLATE WHEN I CLEARLY ASKED FOR AN ICED COFFEE. AND EVEN AFTER THEY MADE THE ICED COFFEE AND GAVE IT TO ME, SHE PRETENDED THAT I DIDNT ORDER A DONUT AND I HAD TO REMIND HER THAT I ORDERED ONE. All in all, im just annoyed at the fact this worker pretended like i did not just order and delibaretly charged me twice. Tomorrow i will be going back when the tranactions are there to show them she charged me twice and to be honest its not even about the money. its about the fact that this worker acted like she didnt know what...

The service at this location has really fallen into disrepair as of lately. It used to be an excellent establishment with better service. used to be that I could just pull up in front and by the time I get out of my vehicle and get into the store, they would have my order ready for me (I guess I frequented that place so often that they knew exactly what I would order and how I want it made). But I gu as those days are over. Now, the current employees are all up into their own things, and don’t give no regards to the customers, and the ‘so-called’ Manager (I believe is named Mani or something like that) is so disrespectful and rude that ... we’ll lets just say I stopped going there just to avoid having to punch her in the throat. Last time I was there, I asked for a unit WITHOUT meat, and they gave it WiTH Bacon. When I pointed it out, they just pulled out the bacon and tries to pass of the same unit as a FRESH, when I refused, that particular MANI (supposedly the manager) came up and said ‘you can either take it or not, but GET out and don’t come back here causing us problems ‘ (Quote Unquote). What ever happened to the concept that the Customer is ALWAYS Right(even when they are wrong) and when running a HOSPITALITY Establishment, maybe they should be a bit more concerned about how they treat...

I went to this DD today craving a breakfast sandwich. When I ordered and I sat down , a friend took a bite than I opened to put some salt in the eggs and I saw hair on it . I took it out(sometimes is a tiny hair in the food)that's what I trough! But NO I saw another one and another one and......... it was like someone shave it those tiny hairs and just place them at the pan so they be all sticking together to the food. The Point is . When I went to the manager very nice and quiet to show her it was hair there she denied , she gave me attitude when I was still very nice telling her look at the hair . She even call me a liar in front everyone. She call the workers to ask with a bad attitude also yelling at me asking if they see any hair on it they didn't even look at it and said It was no hair on it.. in any moment I raised my voice or gave her an attitude. I'm too pregnant to have an argue with anyone. I just asked for my money back. Even my friend was surprised for the way that lady reacted towards me. Very disrespectful and not qualified for a manager position. Also my friend got a Donut and found a hair on it after a bite. She didn't want to go back inside to get yell at and throw it away.
