Today, I went here and my order was completely messed up. I drove all the way home and had to drive back there. Once I arrived I was very kind and respectful to the staff despite my incorrect order. I asked could I speak to the manager. He was a young man who immediately came over with an attitude. He rolled his eyes and stood in an unpleasant posture as if he was annoyed with me. I explained the situation and explained how I was overcharged and he stood there and rolled his eyes. The first thing he said was ,” well what do you want me to do maam? “ excuse me?? That’s your response to a customer who’s order you guys messed up. As the “ manager” you should know how to resolve problems. Especially at Chick Fil A. I asked him what could he do accommodate me for this mistake due to me having a food allergy. He responds with a smart response ,” i just asked you what do you want me to do ?!” In a raised tone. At this point I asked to speak to speak to someone else bc he was being extremely rude and unprofessional. He walks away and says “ YEAH, because this conversation isn’t going anywhere clearly .” He stormed over to a group of chick fila managers and employees who were sitting in the lobby and notified the regional manager Christine of what was going on. I heard a bunch of laughter and the regional manager began approaching me laughing. Honestly I didn’t find anything funny I was very upset from the interaction with this young man. She comes over laughing and asks what’s the issue. I started off the conversation letting her know that young man was very rude for no reason and I would like his name. She refused to give me his name and just kept saying she was uncomfortable. The young man has on a name tag so I didn’t see the issue. I let her know I was going to file a complaint and I wanted the names of those who I interacted with. Christine kept saying to use her name and refused to give the young man’s name despite him having a name tag on.. I moved on and began explaining the situation. She began just ringing in my order and overlooking everything I said. She rang in my order and let me know the food would be right up. I let her know that I was overcharged . She stated she didn’t know that when I had just explained the whole situation to her about me being overcharged and the order also being incorrect. She did not care about my complaint she just wanted to get me out of their establishment. This is extremely disappointing coming from a franchise who is suppose to have top of the line customer service. She ended up giving me a partial refund and said she would add some cookies and brownies for my troubles….. really?? Never once apologized for the young man’s behavior or the mistake. You just give out cookies and brownies and pretend like everything is okay. Just unbelievable. When I finally got my food you could tell they had just took off the chicken and put the sandwich back together. It was not made fresh. There was also an after taste of the chicken from being stuck to the bread. The hashbrows were soggy. Just a waste of gas and time. I never ever leave bad reviews but this one is well deserved! I hope you treat future...
Read moreThis location has been consistently not great. No where near the standard of the regular chic fil a. At first I thought it was because it was a newer location. My fries were always warm, made in older grease, anything but hot and fresh. I even start requesting fresh fries, it didn’t work. Not getting the requested sauces. I typically go to the chic fil in O Fallon and there service is over the top! I know not all locations can be as great as that one but this one needs to do better. Now today was the topper as I felt the need to write a review. I normally don’t even check my bag as I have never been missing food. But I pulled over in the parking lot to eat. I ordered two chicken biscuit sandwiches and both of them were missing the chicken! I had cheese and egg on both. Of course it’s 10:30 so the restaurant is telling them they can’t me as breakfast is over. I asked to speak to a manager, the Team lead says that’s her. Never apologized, and before asking what I wanted just simply offered for me to come back tomorrow. What does tomorrow have to do with what I paid for today. They have no more biscuits as it 10:30. Clearly they had no more service either. So I asked for a chicken sandwich with the same cheese I purchased for the breakfast sandwich. After she argued with me over the price she finally agrees. Then hands me a sandwich. I didn’t even check it. Get home, And of course there is no cheese. I just was out done alone when she had an attitude because we were missing two chickens of two different mobile orders for breakfast sandwiches. I felt like I was at Popeyes or some regular fast food spot. They customer service not food had been up to par since opening. I will try Lindbergh location when in the county and definitely still the O Fallon location. Mike knows how to hire more than exceptional help. It’s key to...
Read moreI've been visiting this location since regularly since they opened. As a chain with a great reputation comes a bit oh high standards. They hit the mark most the time. I typically order on the mobile app and either dine or drive thru. Both are efficient.
They have a 2 line drive through and one of my pet peeves if you could have a significantly longer wait depending on which line you get in. One side might be all mobile orders and 5 cars go through in the time you are waiting for 1 on the other side. It's very hit and miss. Dine in mobile ordering is always quick.
My order has always been correct here, but there is opportunity with including the correct condiments. I typically get the spicy chicken w/ mac n cheese or fries and a sweet tea or a lemonade. I love that the taste is consistent and amazing. Last time I went they had a " giveaway" for nuggets and I had an app reward for a regular chicken sandwich. I tried both with fries - delicious.
This location does more "giveaways" than any other I've ever visited. They are always trying to drive customers in and I appreciate it. Make sure you have the mobile app to take advantage of the specials - it's worth it. It's also the best mobile app for any restaurant or fast food that I've ever used.
They are missing on some of the "extras" I've experienced at other locations: employees working the dining area offering drink refills, taking trash, etc. Also at times when I've had to go to the counter for condiments, etc. even when it appears someone notices you, they don't come over to ask if you need help unless you speak up. Don't let that stop you from eating here - it's still delicious and MUCH better than all of the competitors...
