This Starbucks has very poor customer service. It's the young girls in there that make this environment really bad. The crazy thing is the Starbucks look really nice and it's really huge, but the customer service is very poor. I stood at the register for over five minutes without anybody greeting me or anything. And I should've walked out at that time. And then a younger woman walked up. Looks like she's may be about 20 or maybe 19 and she didn't greet me she didn't say hi which is strange for Starbucks because you see Starbucks the people don't like like this. But she just waited for me to say what I wanted instead of asking can I help you or can I take your order? She never asked me my name, which is another thing that is strange. I sat in the Starbucks waiting on my order for over 10 minutes and my name wasn't called at all because I guess they didn't even know my name. So I walked up and ass what was my order and they said we don't know what did you order? And they said just look through here. And there was other customers orders that they asked me to look through the orders and touch other people stuff which is unsanitary. And the girl I said, do you remember what I ordered and she said no I said because you didn't take my name and she hunted her shoulders. And that's when I decided I just want my money back because I don't prefer to be treated like that. You guys need to stop hiring these people that don't even want to be there and treating your customers wrong. I go to Starbucks every day to work, and this was my first time and last time at this Starbucks. I wasted money Come all the way to this one because the Starbucks down the street at the northwest plaza one is closed due to boiler issues. That is the one that I usually go to. But I decided that this one in Bridgeton since that one was closed. And to be honest, I'm going to contact the corporate office because I don't feel you should have people working there that are not doing their job and don't want...
Read moreThe baristas behind the counter we amazing and polite, my coffee was delicious as well as my breakfast bites. However as I was sitting there getting ready to complete some work, I noticed a unhouse gentleman outside on the patio talking with who I assumed was the manager. I felt the need to get this gentleman something to eat or drink as it’s extremely hot today. I stepped outside and offered the gentleman that I would purchase something for him. The man agreed adamantly and explained he was diabetic and it would be helpful. Whenever I turned to go inside the assumed manager was shooting daggers at me with her eyes. I understand businesses don’t want the unhoused loitering however they deserve respect as well. The gentleman made no attempt to come inside and stayed on the patio. I placed an order for him and sat at my table until it was ready, the assumed manager sat at a table diagonal from me and I happened to look at her again, and again I sensed she was displeased with me. As soon as the food was ready I gave him the food and packed up my things because again she was staring and it made me uncomfortable. She made the visit uncomfortable and unfortunately I will not be returning. I understand not everyone or every business is comfortable helping the unhoused, however don’t make someone who is uncomfortable for lending a...
Read moreI went to pick up 2 hot cafe latte’s today. Had my own cups that keeps my husband and I coffee hot for several hours. After noticing that my husband’s coffee was a cold latte and mine was super hot, we took it back about 15 minutes after it was made. No problem because humans make mistakes. However the female barista that made it argued that it was hot because she made it. I said no ma’am it was ice cold. She continued to argue that she was the one who made it and she know that she steamed the milk. I just didn’t understand how management allowed her to continue to be on the clock after seeing that butter melted in one latte and it was piping hot and the other butter sat cold on top of the cold latte. I’ve never been disrespected at any Starbucks even when they got it wrong. I’m shocked that Starbucks would hire such a rude disrespectful individual. It was not only an inconvenience but it was an issue of not wanting to ever visit this particular store. This is our order every single time and I know what ice cold is vs hot. I would like to report this particular employee. The manager had to tell her to be quiet because she kept...
