This experience was horrible. Pulled up in the drivethru which was experiencing problems so I had to go inside. Then I waited at the counter to order when an employee came to the counter and pointed to the kiosk to order and I guess I'm just old I guess I looked at the girl confused and she said you order there like I was a moron. There were no steak options not sure if thats because they were out of steak and the menu auto adjusts for what they cant make or if with all the new menu changes they oliminated steak and just offer ground beef for the beef options. So I ordered 4 items and I did not finish a single item. I got 3 of the new value cravings items and a cheesy Gordita crunch that I ordered the one with the doritos locos taco and got the normal one and barely any meat on it and it was quite soggy only ate about half of that item. I tried the new loaded beef nachos. Which didn't have half the advertised toppings at all. It barely had beef in it. It was mostly beans and cheese with a dab of sour cream. I think there may have been a trace of beef in the bean and cheese mix. The lackluster toppings was not even the worst of it somehow it tasted through and through of old burnt fryer grease I don't know if they fry their chips there but the nachos were terrible didn't get half way through them before trashing them. The cheesy double beef burrito was the second item that had beef in the title that hardly had any beef in it unlike the nachos I definitely know there was beef among the beans. They should either make this beefy or rename it the cheesy double bean and rice burrito but that is already a value cravings item well without the word double. The last item I ordered was a 3 cheese chicken Flatbread melt. Maybe they were out of Flatbread or maybe the Flatbread is just a gordita shell bread whatever you call it but I am pretty sure that's what I got it was soggy just like the cheesy gordita crunch that I got barely any chicken not a lot of cheese at all mostly soggy shell thing filled with the sauce and a miniscule amount of chicken cheese. With all 4 items the quality was subpar the ingredients that all 4 were named after were lacking or seemingly not there at all. I'm not sure if this is a sign of Taco Bell lowering the bar. One location being subpar and giving a very bad representation of the menu and what the new changes mean for the customer experience. Or just a shift of people not caring what they send out the door. The only good thing I could even say is atleast the place was clean lol. Other than that worst experience I have had with tacobell in many years maybe ever. That's saying a lot considering during the height of covid there were staff and ingredient shortages inventory flow issues hour reductions and all kind of things that made a trip to taco bell less than desirable but this trip was a waste of time and money. Got overcharged today I was in a hurry on my break so I didn't question the price or what was in my bag cuz I only have a few minutes and realized I was charged for six tacos instead of four and on the set that they doubled up on all that was in there was the meat no special sauce or toppings nothing absolutely nothing. It'll take you 15 minutes if you just want to get a drink personally I think Taco Bell needs to clear house and get all new staff in there. Rarely go there because they messed my stuff up all the time but they are literally right next to my job and I was in a pinch drive thru didn't understand what I was trying to order which was the two chicken cantina tacos and then I wanted two of the cheesy street tacos but to add steak instead of chicken all I got on there was the steak none of the other toppings and literally three pieces that are half inch long of steak. the service and food is inadequate. Shut down that location or getting new staff seriously. They have maybe two people that actually know how to cook and serve people and I wish I knew what that woman's name was cuz she's the only one that seems to get it right. We've been working next to them for almost 2 years now and we've tried to have a good rapport with them and be supportive of the businesses that are around us but they seem to either be rude or pissed off and always want to ask for something free when our orders are never, like ever right, and they are definitely not happy to see anyone. Go and try to grab just to drink real quick on your 15 minute break and you will wait every bit of 15 minutes inside for them to give you a cup and if you go to the drive-thru you might sit every bit of 20 minutes for you to get a messed up order every damn time. Outside of not knowing what you serve on YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT MENU the statement you made which I will get to momentarily was just shockingly disrespectful and wrong...Upon entering the establishment all customers were advised they had to order from the kiosk where the option for payment was card, gift card, or cash (keep this in mind). A child around the age of 11 or so had already placed his order for a crunch wrap supreme and had been waiting for his food about ten minutes. A EMT worker was handed her order and asked Ms. Maryonna did they have the kids crunch wrap supreme ready. She looked confused and said, "What crunch wrap" and continued to ask the boy did he place the order. The boy replied "Yes, I just haven't paid for it yet". She said "THATS WHY WE DIDNT SEE IT BECAUSE YOU'RE PAYING WITH CASH" as if the boy knew how the system worked. I'm assuming you checkout and go to the counter and tell them you're paying with cash but again we are adults and that was a child. She then says OUTLOUD " why he just standing there looking stupid". MY JAW DROPPED!!! I ended up complaining to the supervisor on duty who apologized but I ended up just returning what I purchased because I would never want to patronize a business who's employees' disrespect and bully children.
