Ordered pizza for the office, 12 of them, in two orders for two consecutive days, a week in advance. The day of the first order, the delivery driver shows up with them, but in an aggressive fit because "the payment didn't go through", he rudely advised that I needed to call the store and fix it. Which I did; I called the store and was told that the initial payment went through for the next day on accident, but she ran it for this order now and all was well, to just let the driver know. To which he huffed, that while I said she told me it went through, that he didn't believe me, I told him I'd be more than happy to call the store back, he expressed frustration but handed me an invalid receipt and two pizzas, I mentioned that the order was for 12, he stormed off exclaiming the rest were in the car. An hour or so later, the driver himself called, my recorded desk phone mind you, and said right off the bat and I quote "Yeah, like I said, the payment didn't go through..." I repeated that she walked through the process and advised it was paid for, he tells me that the one that was processed was the order for the following day. I digressed and got another card and made payment again. The next day, I get a phone call on my desk phone again from the driver once again rudely telling me that now the payment for the order for today won't go through. I reminded that they told me that it was paid yesterday, he puts me on hold without words and then comes back and says "Yeah the person that told you that isn't even here"... But he personally told me that, I reminded. He was increasingly rude, going so far as to begin complaining without putting me on hold, yelling to the other person working when I asked for a receipt. Which she also yelled aggressively back at, that she "has 15 orders on her screen and she doesn't have time to print a receipt" After the incredibly rude experience, I chose then to cancel the order, taking 12 of them off of her screen for her; advising them that the experience with them had been crazy, which he repeated loud and mockingly to the woman working, before hanging up the phone. I'm not even one of those "the customer is always right people, because they most definitely aren't", but the customer isn't automatically wrong either, you don't have to be a jerk, use a bit of couth or a bit of manners even. It's that simple, especially in the service industry that you choose to work for tips in, just crazy counter productive work. Wouldn't return even if they...
Read moreMade a carryout order on the coldest day, only to go pick up the order that they messed up. I called to let them know. I talked to someone who was rude and very disrespectful. They put the so called manager on the phone and it sounded as if he did not want to be bothered. I told him what happened and he offered to either re make the pizza or give me my money back. I requested for it to be made over, and asked how long it would take. So I went to take the pizza back that was not mine to receive the new pizza. The whole time I was there the manager was complaining about people complaining and now he has to remake all these pizzas over. I proceeded to say, I wouldn't be up here if you didn't mess up my order, so that falls on you. He got loud with me and accused me of keeping the first pizza that he messed up even though I brought it back. These people have no customer service skills at all. I didn't even get an apology for them messing up the pizza I ordered and had already paid for. They need to fire the current manager because he has no patience with dealing with issues and the public. It's all...
Read moreNever want to eat there or Domino's again. Period. You took a long time to answer the carryout window. There was a black spot on one of the pizza slices this last time which reminded me of some sort of burnt snake skin but it looked to be just a part of the bread. What the heck is that???? So I guess whoever the cook was burned the bread til it felt rubbery!! Waste of money! Also, I don't think it's normal to ask for the zip code when paying with a card. Do you not ask for id oe have folks sign reciepts??? It made me cringe and seemed creepy. We were upset for the rest of the day and couldn't enjoy our pizza! Couldn't really eat mine, thrown in the trash. Definitely felt racially profiled. His excuse was for "security reasons because people tend to use someone else's card in a fraudulent way." It's amazing, if we were to pay online with the card that 2-3 minute hassle for the zipcode wouldn't have occurred. The rude guy kept walking away from the window while we were speaking. You should not work there if you don't know how to make people feel welcome and deal with people who don't...
