This location, just like the location in florissant needs to hire people that can actually speak English. First florissant had to repeat myself eight times they still got it wrong over and over and over and over and over, until they finally went and got somebody from the back. I didn't do any substitutions, special requests etc two ham and swiss croissants two cups pumpkin coffee. Went to the bridgeton location last week got an English speaker it was very nice! Went there this morning same thing as florissant had to repeat my order seven times before they finally went to the back and got somebody that could speak English. Before anyone tries to accuse me of being xenophobic, it is nothing like that. I think that if you work the register at a restaurant you should be able to communicate with the public. My Texas Toast on my Big n Toasted sandwich was burnt on one side so they put the burnt sides toward the middle of the sandwich hoping it would go unnoticed and the egg was very dry. Donut holes were very dry/old. The donut sticks were cold and hard. The pretzel bites also cold and very tough and missing the mustard dipping sauce. I don't care for Dunkin to begin with but I decided to give them another shot. I guess it's a place you either really like or you really don't. I definitely don't. This was a complete waste of $30 and I'm irritated and very disappointed. They could have at least cooked the food that tastes bad to begin...

When I returned to get a refund I was greeted unprofessionally and was told I couldn’t receive my original receipt for other items, I purchased due to returning the cheese sandwich. I asked for the manager but was informed that she wasn’t there. I then requested a full refund since my original receipt was being held. I placed the drink in the drive thru window to return. The worker then aggressively slapped the beverage from the window and splashed all over my vehicle and I am currently awaiting corporate to return my phone call.
