Haha this restaurant really needs a good manager. These negative reviews & obviously nothing has been done about it. I feel that the employee & mangers feel like they don't need to go above & beyond for the customer's. They have attitudes constantly & are fairly rude. I've completely stopped going on the weekends because the weekend Hispanic female manager, feels that our money even if it's on the dollar menu means that the food we get is "cheap" what should we expect? Uhm, how about a fresh meal? I don't care how much I spend, If I am going out of my way to "eat out" I expect fresh appetising food. Just because it's on the dollar menu, doesn't mean it's okay to receive nasty cold food. I asked her to please make us fresh fries & I asked for fresh cooked grill chicken. We even said we will wait for QUALITY FOOD. We are fine with the wait. Not even 5 minutes later, she brings it out to us. We check it & the fries are limp, cold & soggy. My grilled chicken was dry & just not fresh. I asked for them to be remade. The freaking woman just puts it into a microwave & calls it fixed. I honestly just gave up & ate it. After 45 minutes of waiting, arguing & wanting quality food. I honestly stopped giving them my business because that lady is so rude it's not even funny. Don't cop an attitude when, right on the side of the building with big letters saying "QUALITY IS OUR RECIPE!" Had an argument about that too. Just to sum it up, forget about getting customer service without asking for it. I have never been so disrespected in my life until I tried to get QUALITY food. I will spend my money else where & any other Wendy's restaurants around are better than this one. Good...
Read moreRead moreI know better than to patronize this particular Wendy's, but the selections are limited AND the lemonade used to be pretty darn good (it wasn't this time). I ordered an as-advertised Jr. Steakhouse Cheeseburger without sauce and without onions (I'm allergic to onions). When I got to the window, the girl asked for more than double the amount of my tab. When I looked at her oddly, she said it again. I stated what I had been told was the amount..and her supervisor(?) said "how much did you charge the car before this one
having been at this Wendy's like 10 times this Wendy's is usually ok however this last time I went I ended up giving my dad my pickles off of my doublestack burger and I ate my doublestack with the onions on it (I didn't think about it at the time but the onions were slimy and bendy like a wet noodle) while my dad had picked his onions off. I was really hungry and ate the burger quick. I was sitting next to my dad and I noticed that it smelled like my dad hadn't bathed in a week and absolutely reeked however it was only about 3 minutes later that I noticed my breath now had a distinct rotten onion taste that stayed with me for the next few hours. I felt my stomach and intestines emptying everything to my bladder later that night and I had a significant amount of gas. the next day I had the symptoms of food poisoning (slight fever, hot/cold flashes, headache, stomach ache) and the problem is even persisting to the next day as well. my dad hasn't had any such problems and we have been eating the same food for the past week. so that fact I was served rotted food that should have been obvious to the people that prepared it that the onions were many days past the expiration date leaves me unconfident in dining with this Wendy's in the future and I cannot give them any rating...
