every time I come here the food is great, staff is great and service is great. I was starving and craving a pizza on a cold snowy night. after my pizza was delivered to my table. a homeless guy said something to me. I said "what"? he said, " can I have a slice"? I was shocked he asked me that. I was sitting there for 20 minutes and he was drinking a sprite and I thought he was eating or done eating. No, he was sitting there hawking me. I said "sorry, no." I was getting ready to eat and he approached me and said, " are you going to eat the whole thing"? I looked at him and said "yes, but I'm taking what I don't eat, home for leftovers." he goes. "I have 2 dollars if I can buy a slice." I said, " If you have 2 dollars you can buy a slice from them." I said, "I'll think about it." I assumed he bought the sprite from them so to me if you really wanted a slice, you could have bought a slice and got free water. just saying. he then goes and sits down and kept looking over at me. than he gets up and goes and asks other people for a slice. They gave him one. good for them. still shocked he had the nerve to ask people for food. Can I do that? just sit in a restaurant. act like I'm doing nothing and get up and ask for food? after he eats his slice. he gets up and walks by me mumbling and goes to the bathroom. As he comes out a wall of weed smoke hits me and then he comes by me giggling and crop dusts more weed smoke. Now that's what I want while I'm trying to relax and eat my pizza, weed smoke!!!!! it stunk for like 5 almost 10 minutes. One of the employees said, "I smell weed." he comes from behind the counter and walks to the bathroom area but never approached the guy or questioned me. Then, the people left that he asked for a slice. The guy gets up. Walks over to their table and was staring at the pizza tray. From where I was sitting it looked like there was still a slice on the tray. I think it was napkins because I knew they asked for a box. One of the employees came out from the counter area and maybe stood a tables length from the guy and just watched him. The guy picked up their metal number because I think he felt like an idiot when he realized their pizza was all gone. The employee didn't say anything to him. Then the guy goes back to sit down and he starts staring at me again. I finished my pizza and asked for a box and then I left. I told myself if that guy is ever in there again, I would get my pizza and go. I shouldn't have to put up with some guy hawking me and acting like he is in there finished or acting like he's waiting for food. The weed smoke really pissed me off. guy had no respect but yet he felt entitled to ask for food. Before I left, I notice he had a Walmart bag and another soda appeared. Funny had money for soda but no food. Or were you just really thirsty.? Like I said, I'll be back but won't eat there if that free loading...

Our house is located 7.9 miles away from their restaurant. We’ve ordered pizza from here and had it delivered frequently for the last 12 years and lived near the (previous?) owners. We called today, pizza order confirmed and everything and we get a call 30 minutes later saying that we are outside of their 8 mile delivery zone and they could not deliver our pizza. We asked to talk to the manager and the man claiming to be the owner answered the phone and said that we are not within the zone and that he cannot deliver the pizza. We told him that we are within the delivery distance and that they have delivered to us frequently and he responded, saying that we were lying. We named off the people who have delivered to us and he said they were fired for stealing... which isn’t relevant because their personal situation has nothing to do with us having pizza delivered to us. We told him we knew the owners, he said he was the owner, so we assumed he was their son. Maybe they sold their business, maybe they have died since, but we used to be close to them before we moved. He said we were MAKING FUN of his dead parents then got irritated and wouldn’t stop talking over us. We tried to have a rational discussion and figure out what changed or what happened to them and he would not stop talking over us. He told us that we think we’re BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE and that we put a bad name on hard working Americans and that he’s surprised if we are at all successful. There is no exaggeration and it’s exactly what happened. There was no attempt at civility or rational customer service. The manager accused us of many things, and we have plenty of purchases to reflect our loyalty and history. No customer service by the manager. I wasn’t aware of our exact distance during the phone call so I looked it up afterward and they were wrong, they never asked for our address to see if it was correct Or anything. This would have been a simple fix if they had made any attempt to figure out the problem. They have our address in their records. I would have loved to resolve the issue with the “owner” but he refused to have a rational conversation. I cannot stress how DISMISSIVE, mean, and RUDE they were. Their pizza is good but I will never do business with them again because of how badly they treat...

Ordered a large 18” pizza last night. The other comments were correct the company website is not good. Hard to navigate, buttons in odd places, very few pre built pizza prices are accurate. So we decided to call in. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she’d rather be getting a root canal than answer the phone. After reading reviews this was a shaky start. Nonetheless the pizza came out correct. Overall the cook on the pizza was perfect. It didn’t fit in the box (see photo) and so was folded over on one end tasted just as good! The toppings were on the lite side and I would have preferred a bit more cheese but all in all the fresh mushrooms, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni were very tasty. The crust bone was pretty good as well we did find ourselves wishing we had ordered a side of sauce (suggesting that during our order would have increased ticket total)

I had not eaten here in over a decade and it was a marked improvement from my last recollection.

Price wise a lot of others have commented how steep it is. I agree the price isn’t a bargain by any stretch. However, real dough, fresh meat and veggies do stand out above the chains. Not to mention a crust worth eating. So many of the others soak the crust in soybean/ butter alternatives and it’s gross!

While I did not dine in, I did wait in the restaurant for about 10min (I was early not the stores fault) Looking around I don’t think I would want to eat in this place. The floor was neglected for quite some time. Many of the tables had crumbs and grease from dinners. Many of the chairs and booths are well past needing to be recovered. The condiments sitting on the tables around me were all in need of cleaning from previous dinners. There was enough light to see even tho the bulbs were all different colors and it was warm in there on a cold day which was nice to wait in.

All in all we will likely be back for takeout of this special treat.

Note: Both the young guys in the store were extremely friendly and accommodating even offering a soft drink while they finished...

Used to love Anthony's pizza and would happily drive the hour round trip to pick up their pizzas. The last 4 times I've ordered (over the last 2-3 years its been 4 whole times) my order isn't made right. If you call to talk to someone about it, they supposedly will write down your number for the owner to call you back the next time they are in. I'm still waiting 3+ weeks for a call back regarding my latest order and how almost everything I ordered was wrong. If it was just a pizza, I get it. It was $100 in food to feed a big family. Their quality has gone down the tubes along with their service. What a sad day. No more tries for Anthonys. Here is the latest example of their 1/2 cheese, 1/2 extra pepperoni pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, which we were charged more for. They didn't offer to refund or remake or anything. Just "well I guess I can take your number and leave the owner a note with your info but I can't do anything else to help. Now I'm out $100+ and my family had to find a different dinner solution. Turned family night and a nice gesture I was trying to do for my family into a pain in the butt and my wallet out even more.

We were craving pizza and decided to stop at Anthony’s because my husband had it in the past. We found the menu a bit confusing, most pizza joints have multiple “suggested “ pizza combinations but Anthony’s did not. I guess as of Nov 1st they started 3-4 suggested pizza options, what I found weird was we couldn’t change the red sauce for the white sauce. We opted for a large so we could have leftovers. Little did we know the large would be bigger than my husband. This would have been great if the pizza had flavor. Really, the only strong flavor in the pizza was the green peppers. The sauce wasn’t that good, the crust really didn’t taste like anything, and the meats were just blah. There are so many other pizza choices that I will not be going back.
