We had, to my surpris, a horrible visit. My family and I usually frequent the Arby's just off of HWY 85 and Bromley. However, this time, we were much nearer to the Arby's just off Prairie Center Park Way in Brighton, CO. First the young lady taking our order, however polite, was all flustered. Like you might expect someone in the peak of a huge rush. Except we were the only people there. Second they were only excepting cash orders at that time. We had $100.00 bill in cash and were hungry so these minor inconveniences were not important. We then noticed they had coke products instead of pepsi, ☹👎. We knew at least the food would be great and make up for a lot of it. So after having our fairly simple order of three chicken strip kid meals with curly fries and milk, a number 1 meal medium with mellow yellow and a number 5 classic meal large with a coke, repeated back to us three times we pulled ahead to the window. Not the same polite but flustered young lady who took our order, but a different much less polite less flustered young woman. She took our money and gave us change without counting it back to us, which again wasn't a big deal but another little straw on the proverbial camel's back. We were given our beverages and food and then she just stared at us. No friendly greeting when we arrived at the window and nothing to end our business either. I'm used to the Thank you come again or enjoy your meal hope to see you again soon etc.. some sort of closing statement. Even a, that's everything, will there be anything else for you today? statement, but nothing but a deer in the headlights look. Again all forgivable and forgettable had the food been it's usual quality. Sadly not so. The bacon on my slightly cold number 1 was chewy instead of crispy, the fries, our favorite part, were the same way, barely warm and chewy not crisp and hot. Even the kids didn't eat theirs. Unheard of! Right? Finally we are long gone and my little girl wants to know why she got two sleeves of fries and no chicken like her brothers. Also all three got the same toy. So Yes, sadly a very unfortunate experience there today. $31 and change I just should have...
Read moreI stopped in here with my daughter for lunch. The man at the counter was very rude and impatient with us. I try to be on my best behavior when ordering food or anytime that I am dealing with restaurants or stores in general, I realize that my encounter with the person will be short, five minutes or less, and no matter how rude they are, I can deal with it. That being said, after receiving our order, we sat at a table which was directly under a ceiling speaker that was extremely loud and quite uncomfortable. We moved to a different table and the music was just as loud. I suggested to my daughter that we should just ask for a bag to put our food in and eat in the car. Instead, she went to the counter and asked if they would turn down the volume of the music, instead of turning it down, they turned it up louder. We just left the store and drove to a nearby park to eat our meal. This was a very bad experience for us. The food was good but just a little bit expensive. Really not worth...
Read moreBy far the wost arby's ive ever been to. I walk in to pickup my online order and make direct eye contact with 4 employees who all ignore me. Some reaallyy going out of their way to do so. I can literally see my order just out of reach. Finally one who's been standing there staring at me yells at another one to "take care of that". That employee then finally acknowledged my presence (despite my efforts to get her attention beforehand) then lazily tosses my order on the counter so i can reach it doesnt even say a word to me. Get home and my roast beef and cheddars dont have cheese or bbq sauce on them. Next time ill just go to the one off 120th. They're always attentive and in a good mood. This arbys is just awful. I tried calling for a refund and lo and behold no one answered the phone. Real...
