Bumping my review again, as it appears that Chipotle's offering free food to positive Google reviewers is happening again. Don't be fooled by the recent four and five star reviews, which are clearly fake. This location continues to be filthy, poorly staffed and even more poorly managed. Take a look at the pics from some of the more recent reviews for a real take on this absolute disaster of a restaurany. Stay away, unless you're a fan of complete disappointment with money to throw away, or food-borne illness
Seriously, how does this place keep their doors open? I've been to Chipotles all over the country, and this one - unfortunately my local - is an absolute embarrassment. What can I say that hasn't already been covered at length here? Dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked and even more poorly staffed. Went for dine in tonight at 4pm, only to be told upfront that they were out of shredded cheese. And apparently peppers and onions, and corn, and watermelon limeade, and and and... The barely awake teen taking care of us couldn't be bothered to even ask questions as to what we wanted next. Order in hand, we went to fill our drinks - again, no limeade - and the ice maker was dripping a steady stream of water like a slow tap. Guess what? No forks either! Having nearly enough, I asked about a fork at the counter - and they presented me the container they keep BEHIND THE COUNTER! At this point, I was fed up and could hardly stomach my burrito, which was made about half the size most other Chipotle's make theirs. Sitting at a disgustingly dirty table - take your pick, they're all filthy - just strengthened my resolve to never return to this store again. Chipotle corporate management, if you're at all listening to the dozens of comments here, CLOSE THIS STORE, as there is nothing even new management could do to salvage this dumpster fire.
EDIT: Whether it is Chipotle encouraging fake reviews, or just a few folks trying to game Google, keep in mind that reviews from "Local Guide" accounts usually DO NOT reflect a visit to this location, as they are just trying to earn program points. The four and five star reviews lately are just offensive and shameful, and we should all police those by flagging them for removal. This place needs a full...
Read moreThis location has some potential.
Entered location on Saturday evening with a full lobby waiting (20+). They were noticably low on staff. There were 5 people running the location during dinner rush. One was working online/delivery orders. Two on the line for in-store orders and two in the grill area. One employee disappeared after a while, so it could've been the end of her shift.
The employee making the orders was very friendly and helpful. There were several items that they were out of, and he made an announcement to everyone, so he wouldn't have to repeat himself. This is bothersome, because the manager who is responsible for ordering, hasn't learned how to supply their store. (Previous reviews of out of stock items.) The employee who took my payment was super friendly and had great customer service. At one point, he was going back and forth between cashier and secondary online order assembler. Employee in the grill area seemed unmotivated and didn't have any sense of urgency.
My order was ok, but noticed that the rice didn't contain cilantro, and was a little dry. The rest was made well.
The lobby needed attention as there was no ice in the soft drink station, and the lid was missing. This would allow debris to potentially fall in the ice bin. The plastic wear was running low as well. Lots of dirty tables, with only 1 semi clean one, where I sat.
In addition to the 20+ people waiting in line to order, there were 6 delivery drivers waiting for their orders. They were severely backed up and the wait was more than 20 minutes.
This location needs training and staffing. Out of stock items are caused by inventory manager, not able to order what is needed. Staffing would increase the speed of service, increasing customer satisfaction.
If you have time to wait, this location is ok. Cannot recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick bite or has their heart set on a certain way their order is made. (Out of...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The only person that seemed to be even somewhat professional was the girl who was making our food (along with 2 people ahead of us, one that ordered 4 meals, so they had ONE out of FIVE employees actually making 7 orders by herself) we got there around 7:35 unaware they were closing in 25 minutes. The poor girl working the register had no clue how to even ring up a fountain soda, and nobody would answer her when she asked for help. Once somebody came to help she asked “should I ask them if they want a regular or large drink?” And the girl said “it doesn’t matter” …… I’m sorry. What???? Yes. You should ask. I thought that was common sense? Anyway the real kicker was the girl that seemed to be the “manager.” She stormed around the restaurant right at 8pm (we hadn’t even paid for our food yet) shouting at everyone that they had to leave out the side door because she was locking the front. Loudly letting us all know they were closing. Then proceeded to go behind the counter and have multiple loud conversations with her coworkers where we could hear every single word they were saying. Heard them complaining about a door dash order that hadn’t arrived yet, as we were getting our drinks and napkins (that entire area was completely trashed by the way) the door dash order was picked up and then it was like the place was a playground for the staff. Everyone was loud, running & shouting across the restaurant, eating candy… and we hadn’t even walked out the door yet.
The reason I am even writing this is because somebody reached out to me for an hourly position at this specific location today, and I have restaurant management experience. Think you need to hire somebody to actually run the store properly before hiring more team members that don’t care or know what...
