• update Oooops they did it again. Cant lower the score anymore. In addition to an incorrect order I sensed a lack of enthusiasm and lack of empathy. No " sorry for the inconvenience" and no rush to remake. Uggghh. We used to come weekly but now once every two months. ** update end

Dropped score YET AGAIN. Last (2) out of (3) orders were prepared incorrectly. This is a repetitive issue. Can't drop the score anymore...on the verge of dropping Gus's as a choice for our family.

This rating could be higher but the employees lack professionalism and accuracy (see below). The pizza recipe is great, the breadstix are awesome, decent salads and all priced right. Even when busy, wait times are on par. If the food was average, we would not return.

Quite often, our order is not prepared, as requested. On the night of this review, I can understand why....

The staff was preoccupied with personal conversation, inappropriate comments, throwing a pen in the air and dropping it on the floor multiple times. I saw six employees and only three were working in a professional manner. Barely got a greeting at the counter. When the team member got my oreder together, there seemed to be some confusion and a long stare at the order slip (and weird thinking noise). The order was placed on the counter with no comment. As I picked it up I did get a "Have a nice night".

My bad...for not checking my order before I left, especially when I heard another mention that they messed up a prior order. It was not correct AGAIN.

For our family....this is a nice treat once and awhile. We would go more often if things were...

To start Gus's carry out is a staple with my family, the bread sticks and salads are tops, but when you start getting into the pizzas it becomes a problem. Story time, my Fiance and I ordered a large veggie specialty pizza. We took it home. When we started to eat, we immediately realized it was doughy and raw. When we called back up there, they told us to cook the pizza in the oven at 400° for 10min, so we did, and after the pizza was still raw. We had to cook it for 20 minutes before the bread wasn't doughy. Frustrated we called back, they blammed the fact we orded a pizza with so many toppings saying the pizza wouldnt cook with so many, i dont understand that seeing as i ordered a specialty pizza off the menu, It is not like I individually chose all these topings. After giving us a hard time they said we can come get a free pizza "whenever" but they wouldn't take down my details. The employee said that they'd "remember." So needless to say, next time I called and tried to redeme that pizza, they had no idea what I was talking about. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for the bread sticks because this isn't first time I've gotten doughy...

Very disappointed with my experience at Gus’s today. Went into the store and ordered a ribs and chicken for 1 meal with a side of ranch. Told me it was going to be ten minutes. 30 minutes later, it was finally ready. I looked in the bag and didn’t see my ranch, so I asked about it and the girl working the counter gave me an attitude and made me pay for the ranch I had already placed an order for. I get home and the ribs aren’t in the bag either. My dad drove 20 minutes all the way back up there to go get them and the girl working the counter gave him a complete attitude and was talking bad about him to the other coworkers in the back about how he was rightfully frustrated after not getting the ribs. Absolutely ridiculous. Used to love coming here and now I won’t be coming back. Extremely terrible...
