Jerry's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Brighton

I can't stand this place. Have been there twice and that was two too many times. The first time we stopped by the brunette bartender was completely rude and had an attitude anytime i communicated with her, if i could even get her attention. Within the 1 hour i was there i saw her throw back atleast four shots with a customer at about 2 in the afternoon. Not to mention she tossed

The Second time we were there as soon as we walked in, no greeting but she did look at us and rolled her eyes. We wanted to give it another shot, benefit of doubt type thing. We knew it was gonna be a ride. Afterwards obviously the vibe was killed and didnt really want to be there but it was our friday and wanred to cut the edge. Couldnt even do that. As soon we got what we ordered she tells us the total and tells us to close the bill. My brother had to tell her no leave it open. Had one more shot and we were gone.

Customer service matters. We are blue collar and can really make you're day if we are treated right. Too bad. Anyways....

Though it's called a bar and grill, the ONLY food they serve is hot wings (NOT even available mild/plain) and fries.

We had searched for bar food to find a place for dinner with drinks, so this made me a sad panda.

When we entered no one greeted or even looked at us.

When we sat it took almost 10 minutes for a bartender to come up and even ask if we wanted water.

When I asked for a food menu, she audibly said "Oh my God" and rolled her eyes.

It took 27 minutes to receive my fries and ranch....

Friendly staff and the owner is very welcoming. Went here on our anniversary to try to watch a game but the owner went out if their way to try to find it. Even offered us a complimentary drink for our anniversary. Love this place and the staff is awesome. Perfect way to exhibit customer service and ensure repeat customers. Even has a back area fenced off where you can still drink. They have pool, tv and music. Some days they have food that they provide such as steak....
