In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Brighton

Okay, I get the hype now... Lol!

I've always thought it was goofy the way people are all obsessed with in-n-out or Whataburger etc, and I have tried it once before - can't remember where but it was at some point during a road trip from Colorado to California. And I was like...??? I definitely didn't get what the big deal was.

I also ate at this location one other time since it opened, but it was hard to gauge if there was anything special about it or how good it was. My husband pressured me to get animal style, lol, and I got a double, plus fries. That was just too much food for me and while I do like the "secret sauce", having extra was just a bit too much.

It was difficult to eat (for me) because it was too big and messy, and it was just too much food for me. So, it was good but I just couldn't really appreciate it. Plus my husband went and picked it up, so I didn't see the actual store & it's vibes.

Well, today I went there by myself for lunch and let me tell you, easily the best burger in Brighton!! This time I just got a cheeseburger, with fresh cut onions and I had it mustard grilled - but no extra special sauce. And I got a small chocolate shake. OMG IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD!!!!!!

The vibes are great, I love how it feels like an old timey burger and shake joint. I think the simplisticness of the menu is great, and THE PRICES, almost makes you feel like you time traveled back to like 2010 lol. It was just the right amount of food, and it was effing delicious. The store is clean and bright, and the outside patio is nice. Obviously the staff is still training since it's a new store, but overall the service was lovely too.

I almost never eat fast food burgers, but I just might be addicted now. I'm super glad I went! And I'm happy we have one in...

Really excited to have an In-N-Out finally open nearby! I’ve been twice so far, and both times the line moved impressively fast, especially considering how busy it’s been since opening. The food’s exactly what you’d expect—hot, fresh, and consistently great.

That said, the drive-thru process could definitely use some fine-tuning. On both visits, I noticed cars that pulled in a couple spots behind me ended up getting their orders first. It’s not the end of the world, but it does feel a little disorganized and can be frustrating when you’ve been waiting just as long.

Still, the overall experience has been positive, and I’m glad they’re here. Looking forward to seeing things run even...

I had an amazing experience here, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d like to highlight Gavin, who made our experience exceptional. We dined in, and he offered to grab our food for us when it was called. He also provided hats and stickers without request, which made our experience fun. He was a kind and friendly face who kept attending to us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal, and he even took our trash for us when we finished.
