Edit: After reading my review, the owner reached out to me and personally apologized. I really appreciate that level of customer service and follow up. Looking forward to giving this place another try.
I came in today and explained to the barista that I came yesterday for the first time as I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks. I asked yesterday if Scooters had a rewards program and I was told no. I told the barista today this and asked if I could possibly get scanned in the app today for yesterdayâs purchase as I saw the sign for the app driving in today. She said no and talked over me when I tried to say that I had the CC receipt for 11/29âs purchase. When I tried to ask another question, she interrupted me again and said have a nice day, goodbye. Iâm super disappointed with the lack of customer service and the rudeness of her just speaking over me. I then got home and realized there was a hair in the breakfast sandwich I ordered. I tried to call the store to explain what happened and got an automated message saying they do not have a number. Overall Iâm super disappointed in my experience with Scooterâs.
I tried to email this to their customer service and I was told to contact the store owner, even though they do not have a current phone number or other contact info available. Very unprofessional.
As far as earning credit for the transaction on 11/29/22 - the barista told me there was no way to honor that so I'm not sure why she just lied to me on top of being rude, but both today and yesterday, I asked for a receipt and was not given one.    Read moreThis is such a cute place. The people are so nice. They do not always make the drinks correctly, but I can usually get past that as long as they use the right milk (and I can tell). The drinks are really where it is at. The food is subpar at best, but thatâs not why you are going to visit, to be honest. If I could change one thing it would be that they had a longer awning over their drive thru windowâŚbecause if it is raining or snow is melting off of itâŚand you are just a little too far from the window (which is easy to be because the curve around the building shape is a bit odd/off) you have water dripping inside of your driver window.
Also!!! Donât be a jerk, turn off your wiper blades at the window and all other drive thru windows. Donât throw water on the poor workers. Iâve watched...
   Read moreVery hit or miss. They DO NOT remember modifications. Have to have things remade. Or leave and find that itâs not taken care of. They are not paying attention. The app is glitchy. I was excited about them at first, but with the issues with app orders im probably just going to stick with Dunkin from now on. If Iâm paying extra I want to at least get what Iâm paying for. This place isnât cheap. And, yâall really should not be microwaving the baked goods. Every single one has been so hot that itâs dried out with not even the slightest bit of moisture left. Probably not how it supposed to be, but gaps in training will do that.
Also, a few friends of mine have been having issues. And, no one realized the blended drinks were made...
