Maciano's Pizza & Pastaria — Restaurant in Bristol Township

Our family meal was ruined today!!!! -1 🌟 they delivered my family cold food after I called to see where the food was. Anybody ever had cold mozzarella sticks, or bought pizza so you could wait till the cheese was no longer gooey to eat it. Well that was our meal tonight pizza, breadsticks, and mozzarella sticks. I will say they comped the meal but its no longer a hot meal for my family its reheated leftovers and alot questions. How long has this been sitting out? Is the meal even safe to eat? Ordered at 4:16 promised at 5:20 latest delivered at 6:30 manager tells me pizza went out on time so when was that the delivery person supposed reason for being late is suspect because his choice route to my house from the restaurant made zero sense to go the way he went. The manger on duty promised me it would be hot when it arrived so I called back after that wasn't the case. I told her I wanted to give them an opportunity to really make this right as Ive already paid and will have to wait for it to drop off Id like to actually taste your food when its delivered up to yours and my standards at a later date but was told that was all she could do when we know thats not the case. Her tone was dismissive as if we just wanted more but I wanted them to stand by that their product and accept it wasn't delivered hot or anywhere close to on-time which potentially made the meal inedible and absolutely didnt accurately represent the taste and quality of Maciano's, or maybe it does, I dont know. Because as I also told her I have yet to have food delivered on time from this establishment as our previous order was late as well. As a local and potential life long patron I tried to give this small business an opportunity to keep a customer but I feel they were dismissive of the fact this was egregious. Well going to heat up this cold family meal...

I order from them all the time and my dad owns a chain of pizza places an hour from here. I love their pizza and staff is always super friendly and helpful even the drivers. I never order from anywhere else and I know good pizza since I've been eating it since my dad opened his first store back in 1983. This place has good quality food but lately the staff is slacking big time and I don't see how management cant see what I see. The girls who answer the phone are young which is normal for pizza places but lately they are rude and rush me and have issues taking my order or give me an attitude when I say they have my name wrong which they always do. Delivery time shouldn't be running 1 hour 30 min on a Friday evening either that's the day where you have extra drivers for the dinner rush so management is slacking as well for not seeing these glaring issues. I don't like being on hold for 10 min and 4 people picking up its very confusing because I don't know which one is taking my order then they put me on hold and someone else picks up. Just keep me on hold until my order can be taken and the girls need to be more polite and not in such a rush that I cant understand what they are even saying. I'm 37 years old not 87. I have been a phone girl and how you treat your customers is huge because there's a lot of other food options for consumers. If I pick Macianos, the person answering the phone to take my order should be polite and treat me with kindness not act like I'm inconveniencing this person for my call which is what they have been making me feel like the past 6 months. Not sure what happened. 3 years no issues and now everytime I place an order I get Attitude..rude..rushed..horribly long delivery times..cold pizza..change managers or you will lose customers....

Food is FANTASTIC! Service from my last experience with my family which was my second time having dinner there was horrible. The first time eating here was great a young man working on my birthday in April was our server it was dinner time and he had a few tables to serve by himself that night, it was a party of 9 and he made sure we had plenty Of bread and drinks before dinner came he made sure we had plenty of napkins and silverware. He was polite and attentive the whole time great balance between each of his tables. We tipped him well because he very well earned it! Tonight there was a young woman who had less tables to serve and was no where as good as the last server we had. I was told my coffee was tossed out as I was getting ready to leave (after being there for a little over a hour) because they were cleaning the coffee pot an hour and a half before closing. I ordered the coffee before receiving my dinner. Water is usually brought to the table upon arrival to a restaurant but not this time and when my son asked for a refill while eating she didn’t come back with it. My son didn’t want to “bother her for a refill after already asking “. We received a colloquial “see you off “ good bye as we walked out which is disappointing with how we were served. Being paid guest at a restaurant we should’nt remind for refills, napkins, etc. The server shouldn’t be bothered to serve the customer as well, that’s their job and that is why we tip! There were no special orders to make this visit overwhelming or a packed restaurant to accommodate. Again FOOD IS GREAT! But I highly recommend training the staff! This isn’t a fast food restaurant for that type...
