Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol Township

This was my first time ordering from this place, at first it started off good. A lady answered the phone and she was very nice, she proceeded to take my order and I never got the full price of how much everything was going to be charged, but she did take my card info, I wanted to tell her what time I wanted my food to be delivered since I wasn’t ready to receive it yet, but before I got the chance, a man Started speaking to me, saying OK we’ll have your order now. Goodbye.. Making me feel rushed, not knowing exactly what was going on other than he wanted me to be done and to hang up already.. I felt like this was very rude and disrespectful, I didn’t even know who he was, I can only assume that he was probably the manager, but just the disrespect was despicable. I never ordered from here before, but I can say now after that disrespect I will never order here again.. I kept trying to talk to him about the time that I would like my food to be delivered, but he kept talking over me again and again.. He kept saying goodbye and that the lady had to go and that she was busy.. And I understand that Rosati’s could be busy, but it doesn’t mean you have to push your customers away and not finish the order correctly.. I got charged by my card without knowing the full amount so I had to look at my bank to know how much they charged me, And even though the food arrived at the time I wanted was still very angry about the disrespect I’ve gotten Leaving a bitter taste in my mouth while eating my lunch.. if you guys are looking to eat somewhere where they respect their customers please do not eat here, Because all they care about is your money and for you to hurry up and go away. Been ordering for the last year and things were always satisfactory until thiese last two orders. The service over the phone very poor...placed on hold for almost 5 minutes to order a pick-up. brought pizza home and it was burned just like the last one! Called to let them know the issue this time and was placed in hold again for almost eight minutes (cell phone has timer on calls, that's how I know it was almost 8min. Staff passed the issue to supervisor and supervisor was clueless on issue. They didn't even apologize for making me wait on the phone and way to solve issue was to give me a half price credit for next time. They did say they could make me another pizza but it would take an hour and could be delivered. No thank you! They were not even bussy when I first picked up the pizza.....don't know where they get an hour to deliver and fix their error. From my perspective and owning a restaurant I would have never solved the issue in the manner they did let alone making me wait on the phone and not apolozing. Don't care about the credit, I'm more about fixing the issue and having my costumer happy with the way I handle the error. It's bad but just...

I don’t know if they are under new management or what but, my orders would never get messed up before or had the rude customer experience I’ve been having this past couple of months. Last month when I ordered I specifically said I wanted stuff pizza even repeated twice to the guy on the phone and he confirmed. We picked up the pizza and to my surprise it was thin crust so, I tell the guy and his response well I only charged you for the thin crust 😑 if you don’t know how to take an order after confirming twice then, don’t answer the phone! This last one is the last draw for me. I ordered a pickup at 10:30 and got there at 11:30 their hours state they close at 12am on Saturday. To my surprise when I get there the door is locked but, all lights are on including the open sign! The girl who took the order was like we have no pickups here I was like how can that be don’t you guys close at 12am! She says yeah but, we closed early because we were slow, and i already did all my paperwork so, I can’t ring you up sorry and closes the door! I will never again order from this place. Completely...
