Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bristol Township

"1.5 Stars? It can't be that bad, it's Taco Bell", I said when deciding to navigate to this location during a road trip. When we pulled up to the drive-thru it took a good 5 minutes before we could order, though it was during the day and there were other cars in the drive-thru. Finally order, the lady cuts us off and tells us the price before we are done and have to wait until she comes back on the mic so we can finish ordering. Spend about 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru behind other cars, more cars behind us piling up.

When we finally get to the window, a lady is there but she is on her phone and texting. Wait a few minutes and she opens up, handing us the drink, not acknowledging us at all. She brings us our food a few minutes later and now she is actually TALKING on her phone, not speaking to us at all. I have to wave to get her attention to ask for an extra cup of ice. Still doesn't get off the phone call and hands me my cup, doesn't bother to say thank you or have a nice day.

So we start to dig in to our food. I always order a Crunchwrap when on the road so I can eat while driving. This Crunchwrap was so poorly made however, that the meat wasn't in the right place and I ended up eating just the chip and sour cream before finding all the meat and melted cheese had gone into the bottom of the wrap, making a huge mess and making it almost impossible to keep eating. The burrito we ordered was the same, all of the meat was at one end for some reason.To top it off, all of our food was lukewarm like it hasn't had time to finish cooking.

Lesson learned, if Google says it's 1 star, expect a 1...

4 tacos, 2 doritos locos, and a medium pepsi $17.03. The tacos barely had meat and they had no cheese. We ordered them with no lettuce or tomato but this was ridiculous. We have been here a couple of times before and had just as bad of an experience. I'm not one to post bad reviews, you can Google my reviews, but this location is awful and overpriced, and they don't seem to care because people still go I guess. I won't be going back to that location again and probably Taco Bell altogether. There are plenty of options to get tacos around here that are way better quality and way less expensive. You people should be ashamed...

I will have to agree with people commenting that if a 0 was available, they would choose that as a rating. I don't know how many I complained about their service but this is the last draw! I spent $26 on lunch when the guy handed me all the items in 1 bag which was overflowing. Needless so say, when I got home, the bottom of the bag busted thru due to condensation. All the good was completely soggy including the chalupas again were BEEF NOT CHICKEN WHICH IS THE COMBO!!! This will be the LAST TIME our family goes there since we always have issues here and I will be calling corporate about...
