Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Absolutely Horrible! We order from this location at work quite a bit because it's cheap, and they deliver. We have had issues with the order not being correct several times in the past, but tonight made me decide that I absolutely will not order from them again. I placed an order for delivery around 10:30 pm for myself and another coworker, and they said roughly 45 minutes. Ok, that's about average. After a little over an hour I called, and they assured me the address was correct, and the order would be out shortly. I understand how busy pizza places can get on a Friday night, and was very understanding. Another hour goes by, still no food, so I call again. This time they assured me that it was actually in route and should be arriving soon... 2am, still no pizza, so I call a third time. This time they stated they were closed when answering the phone. I advised that I had placed an order for delivery 3 1/2 hours ago that has still not arrived. With a very smug attitude, the guy stated that the order was never placed (even though they assured me twice at this point that it was on it's way). Now it's too late to call anywhere else, so I guess no dinner for us. And "oh well" seemed to be the general consensus from Dominos! All I know is that they have lost my business as well as some of my coworkers for life! Their pizza kinda sucks anyway, we just got it...

Never ate at the store it's self always ordered for delivery well my wife decided to order pizza from here since nothing was pulled out to be cooked and like usual the food was good but the delivery driver however was not and might I say not very smart either because as I got home the delivery driver was right behind me and had ran the food to the door and as she was getting back into her vehicle kinda gave a annoyed laugh followed by her saying something but I couldn't make it out but as she got closer the rest of what she said was got me coming out here at midnight and didn't even tip and got in the car and sped off on private property with a posted 10 mph speed limit after I told this to my wife she proceeded to call and talk to the manager about this persons attitude and he got all defensive and was sticking up for this employee needless to say they have lost our business for good and I'm not to sure that my wife won't call the corporate office and file a complaint my opinion is both the manager and delivery driver should be fired you don't know about anybody's financial issues maybe they can't tip maybe their barely getting by from paycheck to paycheck moral of the store keep your mouth shut while you are on the job for which...

I don’t even know what to say about Domino’s. I can’t describe the food because they can never seem to get an order delivered to me (2 orders, 1 delivered to someone else, 1 just lost in whatever black hole seems to exist there). So I try carry out, because everyone seems to love their pizza and I really want to know if it’s that good, and they forget my order TWICE. Once I called it in and showed up to get it and they said they didn’t have it...so I try one last shot, and walk in to place my order. They never start it and my kids and I are just waiting and waiting. I will stick with literally any of the other 15 pizza places who consistently give us our orders. Things can happen, I get it. This is a trend at this point. I’ve tried talking to corporate, and never a word back. So now they get a public post! Some of the staff there is nice, which is why I won’t complain about giving one star, but nice isn’t enough for me to ever want to try them again. Side note: I had a work colleague get lunch from another Dominos in our area (still Bristol) because she had a coupon card. I told her I would pick it up on my way back in...and guess what?
