This is cheesecake and cookies the way the lordt intended them to be and quite possibly the most delicious thing I've ever had in my mouth! 😉 Their cookies are huge and heavy, that's the initial "wow" factor, and the combination of the ingredients they use are sweet, perfection! I don't usually like cooked chocolate chip cookies (I know, I know, salmonella), but I am here for Tip'n's cookies! ALL of the flavors we tried were amazing! Bravo, guys! Forget that cookie company that's not so "great" and check out Tip'n the Scale.

Jeff and Maggie stayed until we made it from Kingsport so we could get some cheesecake. We were greeted with smiles, and an ENORMOUS amount of knowledge AND choices. I asked if Jeff would adopt me because I will be here often lol. Bristol needed this little gem of a place full of sweet cheesecake(also cookies and Kahlua brownies) You are doing yourself, or the rest of your family any good if you do not stop in and pick some up!! (they also do orders 6"-30" AND wedding cheesecakes!!)

Have been back multiple times and cannot say enough about the cheesecake and Jeff, the owner! Can’t wait to come back Tue-Thurs for Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 Off from 5-6pm!!! 🍰 PS: The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was divine! And they also have gluten free and sugar free cheesecakes!

I'm Just going to leave a real review as a customer who isn't personally aquatinted with the owners etc. Ive been ALL over. I have seldom had a good baked desert in TN, NC or VA. This place is no exception. Tendency toward partly or total chemical premade mixes and a heavy reliance on gimmicky "lazy mom" short cuts like "oreo cookie crusts". Flashy looking with a super market chemical taste. No real expertly homemade flaky crust. No natural flavors, colors. There is a niche to be filled. Why make a less tasty version of what customers can buy in the frozen isle at the grocery store? Make REAL; Bavarian cream, chocolate mousse, puff pastry, crusts. BAKE YOUR OWN graham crackers, 'nilla wafflers, etc. Use REAL lemon, 100/% sugar. Make 100% HOMEMADE. Dont cut corners with gimmicks. Learn how food prep techniques minimize cost, loss & time. Whats the point of being a specialty bakery if youre making what we can get everywhere else for A LOT LESS MONEY. Now, it'd be keeping with the times if you scoff at my review because---what do I know? Im only the customer. And for that matter, this could be a money laundering business, or maybe youre trust fund owners just playing at entrepreneurship, because---how can you keep your doors open when there are no customers inside? Regardless I took my time to share my insight. I hope it serves you. Btw, I took one bite of what I got there and threw the rest away and contemplated bringing up what I swallowed because it made me queazy. Do you think Ill be back? And Im a fat, single, middle aged lady. You best believe Id be a...

This hidden jewel has fabulous cheesecake, and other desserts. I had the Peaches and cream which could have been a little more peachy but was yummy. Also tried the Kahlua Brownie & omgosh it's good! My friend tried the plain cheesecake which was delicious also. I would advise changing the name because it does not do this place justice and has thrown me off for about a year thinking it was something else. If you're over near Pennsylvania Avenue try them out. You won't be...
