Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

My wife and I were excited upon hearing we were getting an Outback in BA. We went for my birthday at 2 in the afternoon. The temperature inside was super warm not to mention they sat us at the smallest table with plenty to choose from. We even noticed the bartenders were using menus to fan themselves. We ordered appetizers and 2 entrees with drinks so our tiny table left us zero room. The best part was hearing employees standing behind us complaining about other customers so loud we could hear them even with music playing. That gossip should be kept in the back etc. We ordered dessert since it was my birthday but requested it to go because we just wanted some cooler temps. Never in my life have I ordered dessert to go. We go to Outback once a week on Riverside for the last 7 years. Everyone I know was disappointed they didn’t open a Texas Roadhouse in this location. Sadly, we’ll just keep driving past this Outback for the Tulsa one. Thanks for the computer generated response. My wife and I set out to eat at 5 guys. We saw that the new Outback was open so we changed our minds. We were greeted as soon as we entered by the host and a couple of the servers. We were seated promptly. We waited probably 5 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Reegan was our waitress. She was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to take our order. She checked on us frequently and did her job well. Our appetizers were out quickly and were really good. The sirloin I ordered was not the medium rare I ordered. It was rare. I am good with that. Better under than over in my opinion. The steak was not seasoned though. It was as bland as could be. The Alice Springs chicken my wife got was perfect. She was very pleased with it. The bloomin’ shrimp and onion were the highlight of the food offering. I can not recommend Reegan enough. She did great. The rest of the staff that brought the food out were perfect as well. Each delivery of food was done in a friendly smiling manner....

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Christine last night at Outback Steakhouse, and she was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere. From the moment she greeted our table, she radiated warmth, kindness, and professionalism.

Christine was not only attentive and lightning-fast, but she also had that rare gift of making you feel like the only guest in the room. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, kept everything perfectly timed, and checked in with genuine care rather than routine.

Her recommendations were spot-on, her personality was fun, engaging, and uplifting, and she carried herself with a level of excellence that truly elevated the entire dining experience.

If every restaurant had a Christine, eating out would be an entirely different world. She is an absolute gem and a huge asset to Outback Steakhouse. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll definitely be asking for...
