Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

Update 7-25-24 The quality and accuracy of pickup orders is still awful! My husband's chicken bowl was totally wrong. It was missing the salsa and the sour cream altogether. We ordered him 2 extra tortillas and they were awful, dry and stuck together. They handed me my order and I had to ask for kid's drinks. The man at the window just said "oh." Then I had to ask for straws. When I got home I realized we were missing both kids chips that come withbtge kid's meals. I used the app to report the missing item and their response was to give a free drink the next time we come in. I am not happy!

This restaurant was horrible when they first opened and they are back to being horrible when it comes to the accuracy of pickup orders. I ordered four items and when I picked up my order I looked at the items and they all had the correct names and orders on the four containers. When I got home and we actually opened the containers every order was wrong. I had to drive back to the store in bust traffic. They remade the order but they didn't offer me any kind of discount or gift card...

Honestly, don’t know why I wasted my money here AGAIN. I want to like it bc it’s one of few healthy options these days, but today sealed the deal. Computers were down so if you went in you were told “online orders only”. Went to my car, placed my online order and said it would be ready in 10min. After 10 min went back inside to be told “okay you’ll have to tell me what you ordered bc our computers are down too”. She acted put out when I showed her the receipt with my order vs going through it all again. Zero awareness of all the hoops but at this point I’m ready to be done. Chips taste like they’re from last week, black beans only partially cooked, there’s so much bean juice that my rice was drenched. I counted maybe 6 small pieces of chicken. Paid almost $20 for a burrito bowl and small chips and queso. Never again. This location needs a major overhaul on customer service and food prep. 1 star for the guac after I...

Update April 24th 2022.

I have been back on several occasions lately and I have to say.....it has improved immensely. The lukewarm food replaced by hot meals. The small portion sizes are now back to Chipotle standards. The overall food prep went up exponentially. Customer service inside seemed much better and the employees were attentive upon entering the location. Overall I am very happy with the improvements and thankful I can go back and eat here more regularly.

I have left multiple complaints, via the app, and no changes. We ordered three separate meals. All of them were cold, the queso for the chips, looked like mayo, and was as thick. The Extras I payed for, were not included. For $12+ for simple ingredients, this should have been perfect. As mentioned by several other reviews, this location is NOT up to Chipotle standards.
