Salad and Go — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

The price is great and the salads are yummy with a Wide range of choices. The only thing I do not like about this location is anytime I pay extra for veggies or protein. I don't ever see it inside the bowl. I'm paying an extra dollar for someone to put in a few extra beets or chicken , and I never see it tiday my bacon was completelyforgotten after i checked the whole salad .... And almost always they forget my straw.... But other than that, the salads are good

UPDATE: after calling the establishment to let them know that someone is forgetting to put my extra protein and veggies into my salad bowls the young lady who answered the phone refunded me my total even though that wasn't my intention. I will just make sure next time I go through the pickup I will double check and ask before I leave :)

Just went to this location again... twice they forgot to put main ingredients into my salad. Super annoying at this point. They told me last night when I called they didnt get a truck therefore didn't have all their food items. Then why not tell me that when I ordered in drive through I would have ordered something else. I'll have to start driving to another...

The first thing I liked is online ordering. The system is very functional, easy to use. Order a meal they have designed, modify it, add subtract ingredients as you like. Or, build your own from scratch. We ordered the Cobb with Buffalo chicken to add a little more spice. After I completed the order, the salad was ready before I could find my car keys.

There is a convenient window for pick up. Pull up. Press the buzzer and you have food. Not so convenient is the access. Navigating the small lot is challenging in a big truck.

Seems to be a bargain, $7.75. It’s a big fresh filling salad. Pour on your dressing, put the lid back on and give it a shake. Eat it with the bright orange color coordinated fork. I couldn’t finish it all. 5 stars, nah, I am not quite there with only one try. But I did like the food, price and convenience.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Salad and Go. Ordered the salads online but decided to get drinks once I arrived to pick up the salads. Gave my drink order, had it repeated back to me correctly. Get to the window and they are making my drinks wrong. I asked for no ice, and triple simple syrup. The kid acted like I had seriously inconvenienced him by getting his attention before he made my drinks with the ice in the cups. Then he put one pump of syrup in, I let him know that single was 4, double is 8 and triple is 12. The computer literally tells them that. He continued to put 2 pumps in each drink. Doesn't seem like a big deal to some, I'm sure, but I drove from Owasso to get this order. Got home and realized the salads were...
