HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I tried to order my drink on the drive through and the person I was talking to was rude and not know what is she doing. I tried to tell her it is not what I wanted to order but she insisted ordering me that drink and said don’t worry I will make it the way you want. I ended up get the wrong drink and pay more for what she ordered me. I could not believe that they don’t let their customer order what they want and how they want it. I came back to the store and tell them what she did and they blamed it on me without knowing the story. The guy was in the store I am not sure if he is the manager . He was talking to me disrespectfully and he was so arrogant. He does not feel sorry or apologize for how bad his staff is but blaming on me that what I order is wrong . I normally never want to complaint . I own my business and I don’t need to get a FREE COFFEE. I just want them to get me what I want. I am a coffee drinker so I know what I order. I usually get the same one every times and I understand different Starbucks makes the coffee a little different even though they use the same recipe. Read moreIt usually has to be a good reason for me to give a Starbucks anything less than a 5 star review, and this time it is something that needs addressing. I value a barista's attitude as much as I do the quality of my drink. The barista today by the window, Lexi I believe (with the hot pink hair), was most unfriendly and just plain rude. She was nice at the speaker but that's where it ended. She barely made eye contact and didn't say hi or make small talk. She was too distracted talking to another Starbucks employee (and not for training purposes either) to care about us. We tried handing her my Starbucks gift card as payment and again, due to the inattention and lack of eye contact, kept shoving the card reader for a debit card at us and wasn't recognizing that we couldn't use that until we finally managed to get her attention. This is not behavior I expect from a barista at Starbucks and I hope this review is taken into consideration. Read moreI attempted to use the app on my phone to place a large order for my department at work, but the app wouldn't work. I called into this location over the phone and at first they refused to take my order, but then they very reluctantly let me place it. When I arrived to pick up my order, two of the staff members were complaining about the ordeal without realizing that I was standing there and able to hear. Everyone was very difficult, the credit card machine wouldn't take my chip card because it was a company card without a pin, the entire experience was less than positive. I'm writing this review now having returned to work, and I'm being told by coworkers that the blended drinks are warm/room temperature and half melted. It's almost as if my entire order was made poorly out of spite. I will avoid using this Starbucks in the future if possible. I did not feel welcome or appreciated.
