Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Brookfield

So excited to have a Tropical Smoothie Cafe right here on Capital Drive in Brookfield! I stopped by on their opening day and was really impressed. The place was spotless, you could tell cleanliness is a top priority. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with the first-day rush (I waited for people to leave to take photos). My order came out fast, and the portions were generous. Definitely felt like I got great value. Smoothie was delicious and fresh, and the wrap and flatbread were perfect. Ive came here every week since yall opened & I love everything ive tried so far. Today my experience with the people working was horrible. Man at the register was rude and rushing everything, even me as I spoke. While waiting a I watched him being sooo rude to a man who spoke no English, saying you ordering or picking up ? You just gonna shake your head and not answer. 3x & him and the 2 ladies behind the counter making fun of customers waiting & swearing. Just unpleasant to witness.. I wont be coming in to order anymore...
