Wendy's — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I give Wendys a slightly lower rating although I do love their food. The radical changes they have made over the last few years has made me shy away from enjoying it like I used to. For one the French Fries now with the skin on sea salt and that coating they do not taste good, get cold and loose their crispness fast, the original fries Dave Thomas had were not broke and therefore didn't need fixing. The burger patties they added something to them and they taste off now compared to what they used to taste like. They are still fresh and never frozen and do taste better than their competition but again changing something that didn't need changing. Prices have gone up considerably as well. I remember $.99 Double Stacks and $.069 Cheeseburgers wasn't all that long ago. No more spicy nuggets. Way too much unnecessary change Wendys. Leave things the way they used to be an Old Fashioned Hamburger that was reasonably priced hot...

I m always coming to this Wendy’s and service is typically excellent but today was horrible. When I was placing my order heavy lady acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and when I said the order she asked for drink I said lemonade which I normally get from machine inside. So I told her I d get one from the machine and her response was that’s what I m trying to tell you it’s down as if I was suppose to know secondly because I dine in I normally get one refill with my meal so I took my cup back up get a refill her response ain’t no free refills. So I guess since the machine was broke is why I didn’t get it but my thing is is how u looking and saying it like she owns the lemonade fat complex I guess but I ll stay...

Wendy's in Brookhaven Ms. They have retty good food but, nasty attitude's.We were in line for 12 mins, only one car ahead. When we pulled up she gave us a drink full of ice. I told her it was too much ice she then yelled and told me I had to pull down. Her facial reaction was so ugly, an older woman. So then I went inside and it was a young lady looking as though she was on drugs running around like she was crazy. I told her I was inside for my drink, she snatched the one I had a gave me another 1/2 full. I went to them because I didn't like Hazlehurst. But they're just as stupid as them.
