Okay so the good was great but the manager that was on duty about got a piece of my mind he was highly rude to his staff he was at the front station of the kitchen calling out order cussing his staff which you could tell they were understaffed and wore out and would tell and cuss them so loudly you could hear him in the dinning area it got so bad the little old couple beside me wrapped their food up and left said they would rather eat in the car than listen to him. And coming from someone who has worked food service there is no reason or excuse for it if you get to that point take a moment regroup if you can't then leave don't treat others in that manner no matter how stressed...

But more than that, it made me really mad when I realized the kid that was taking my order was struggling, and there were 4 other people in the building, not wearing a headset nor helping him. He clearly needed help, and was very new sense he had to ask questions. But then he got into trouble for pushing the wrong button, sense our order was wrong. It wasn't the drive-thru persons fault that he didn't have any help or support and didn't know what he's doing. Read moreIt’s one thing to screw your customers with the decreased portions, but your false advertising is disgraceful and deceitful. I have always enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I ordered it tonight on the app and the representing picture on your menu shows a nice, plump chicken breast in a bun with tomatoes and lettuce. When I got it home, I unwrapped something totally opposite! The chicken didn’t fill the bun and looked like it had been flattened. It was barely a 1/4 of what it used to be, with one slice of tomato and 1/4 of one lettuce leaf. The price, however, is the same!!! You’ve lost a customer and I will be sure to let everyone I know of this...
