Yesterday (11/27/17) my husband & I went to eat at your store & as I pulled my little wallet, some loose bills $40 (2 × $20), fell out to the floor that I did not notice. After we ate our burgers, on our way out my husband wanted ice cream & when I pulled my cash, I realized it was gone. I inquired at the counter if any of the employees have sern my fold up cash or if any customer saw or turned in my lost cash. That's when one of your employee named Clarissa Thompson said , yes one of the customer found my cash on the floor right there at the counter area but would not turn it in. The girl was a friend of her friend. She tried contacting her friend to get the girl's phone # but was not responding. so Clarissa said she'll keep trying, She took my address & phone # so when she recovers the money she'll let me know. Later that aftetnoon she called me said she's bringing the money to my house. I was so happy but when I asked her if she recovered the money, she said she was covering it for now and will try to get it later. Her friend said the girl is not reliable & might not give it back. Out of the goodness of her heart she volunteered to give me her own money. How many employees would do something like that. I suggested that maybe management can cover that. Read moreI leave my old 5 star review at the bottom for balance Came in waited for a bit prolly 4 minutes Guy comes in named Jameson maybe from what I gathered from there conversation walked right pass us in line to trade a subway sandwich where he worked for 2 hamburgers ( that doesn’t bother me at all I get it ) then Maggie takes the sandwich to the back to put in the freezer for the other employee who made the deal that already left Then she never comes back so we stand there for another 3 or so minutes so I decided ok cool I’ll call my order in I don’t mind as long as my kids eat it’s all good so I call and guess who answers Maggie … then she tells me they can’t take my order over the phone where I then explain I’ve been standing in the front where an employee already clocked out and bounced … so I told her I would leave a review and hung up then tempest comes over from bagging up other orders to take our order … we order but they don’t take anything over a 20 and all I have is a 50 so she then helps out to make it to the amount for me to pay and that was awesome this job is obviously not a career move for her as for us coming back it will prolly be in 6 or so months maybe there employe rotation will be better Ok so best service! What a horrendous human being! After refusing to answer a question on the size of bills they accepted and why she screamed at me so loud I couldn't even understand what she was saying. After asking her to "please stop yelling I have my five kids in the car", she yelled at me that she was a manager and can refuse business to whoever she wants and then threatened to call the police. I have never been talked to like that and my children were actually scared! I feel so bad that they had to witness such crazy and uncontrollable behavior by someone and feel so sorry for the people she works with and the other customers she has mistreated!
