Ya know, I hate leaving bad reviews. I'm getting really frustrated with this location though. Sadly, it doesn't feel like they will care anyways. I show no responses to their customers. I'll leave it here to try to help others though. So many businesses fail in this exact area already and they may be next if they don't figure it out. So..I wouldn't say the service is necessarily poor. New employees every other week I'm in here as I usually have this as a weekend treat. Most of the employees try from what it seems. I was greeted with a "welcome" by 2 employees right away. It really just seems like whoever is in charge needs to be fired... I've tried to love this location SO MANY TIMES. The last time I was here a couple weeks ago, the employee literally COUNTED OUT each piece of shrimp and orange chicken I was getting. It became so awkward. Today it felt like they were doing similar with the meats. Sure they gave me good portions of noodles and rice, which I appreciated. However, I would appreciate a decent scoop of meats for once vs giving me as little shrimp and chicken as possible. Trying to make it look mountain shaped doesn't mean it's a fair amount of meat. Plus the meats never have that saucy taste, it's almost always dry anyways so... And the shrimp, it's like they're using the smallest walnuts in the land in addition to being dry. Overall, quite disappointing here. I don't think it's the front end employees necessarily. I think upper management just doesn't give a shit and with this economy, I wish you luck.

First off, I have never seen a busier location than this one on a Friday night. I tried to order 2 plates..one with teriyaki chicken and one with beef and broccoli. Both with noodles. I also ordered a large side of noodles. I was told it would be 10-20 minutes for teriyaki chicken. As it was for my son, I said fine and that we would pick up my other son's pizza and come back. We returned 15 minutes later ( Great job Domino's! 5 star review) It took an additional 20 minutes to get the order. The employees seemed very scattered and confused as to what they were doing and if there was a manager working it certainly wasn't obvious. For my trouble (40 minutes of waiting in line, waiting for food) I got 10% off my order and a card for 10% off my next 5 visits. After I asked for it, they gave me a small soda. Upon getting home with the food, I discovered that whoever prepared the beef and broccoli had double-triple salted it making it inedible. My son's food was good. All the noodles seemed fairly dry, as if they sat for awhile. Convenience=F. Food quality= D+ (compared to other visits at other locations) Attempt at making it right on the spot? = C-. Will I go back? Never to this location. Frankly, it may be a while before I can dissociate the severe salt flavor still burning my tongue from the restaurant chain. This was by far the worst experience I have had at Panda Express.

Edit: went back to the store today with my receipt and the manager made it right. Comped my meal and gave me the order I wanted last night. They were out of teriyaki chicken but I totally get why lol. I have never been so disappointed by a Panda Express experience before. I love Panda Express. I will drive 15+ miles to get it. Yesterday I drove all the way to this location for a plate with half noodles and have super greens, with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. They were out of greens so I said I'll take just noodles then. I drove all the way home without checking my food. Which is my bad. But I got home to a box filled with noodles and a small scoop of orange chicken, no teriyaki. So I call them and no one answers. I drive all the way back and she says they are closed. I give her my information and she says the manager will call. Now it is 5:30 and no one has called and they have not answered the phone all day. So now I'm going back again. I'll never eat at this location again. I was in tears last night I was so disappointed. We're not even supposed to be leaving our houses! Get the orders right PLEASE!

This had to be the worst restaurant/ drive thru that I have ever been to. I ordered my, food 2 trays with rice. I go to pay at the drive through window and the (rude) lady says my total was $9.47 or something around there. So obviously I was confused so I ask her if that’s for both of my orders and she ignores me and takes my card. I received my card back and my bad of food. Inside the bag was only one tray even tho I ordered two. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me when I was ordering since she said my total was around $9. But I get the notification from my bank that my card was used and charged for $19. I was confused and tried to ask the lady she ignores me. So I go inside to see if I can talk to anyone, besides the lack of hospitality they have a lack of customer service too. While waiting at the counter to talk to someone the same lady who took my order looks at me and completely ignores me as if I’m not waiting in line. Another guy in the back apologizes and says he will be with me shortly after he finishes cleaning up and I have to say that was probably the only good thing about this restaurant. While I was waiting for him to finish cleaning to assist me and I watch the lady working the drive through who is the same one who messed my order and charged me for two foods even tho I only got one. I saw her scratch her a$$ and handle other peoples food. After the guy finished mopping he asked how he could help and I explained what happened at the drive thru and he didn’t seem Surprised at all. Did not even ask for a receipt. When I got home and finally got to eat the food IT SMELLED HORRIBLE. I will never be dining at this Panda Express ever again. Anyone who goes in will know what I’m talking...

I placed a mobile order through the Panda Express app for a Family Meal at the Brooklyn Center location (Shingle Creek Parkway) last night. The order included two Broccoli Beef and one Firecracker Shrimp & Steak — the latter carried an extra charge. When we got home, all three containers, despite being individually labeled, contained only Broccoli Beef — and barely any beef at that.

I called and spoke to “Sing,” who identified himself as the manager. He apologized and assured me that if I came back the next day, I’d be given two family-sized Firecracker Shrimp & Steak entrées to make up for the mistake and inconvenience. Fair enough.

But when I returned today, I was told no supervisor was present and nothing could be done. I remained polite and asked how they’d feel in my shoes — even the employee admitted they’d be upset. A supervisor was called, but instead of making things right, they told the staff to take my name and number and send me away. That was it.

No resolution. No food. Nothing.

Let’s be honest — they stole from me. Maybe it was just $4 and change, but it was also the time, the gas, the trust, and the principle. I don’t plan on ever returning, and I’ll be making sure others know what kind of experience they can expect.

Food service is about more than slapping labels on boxes — it’s about integrity. And this place is running on fumes.

As for the call back, it's been hours since I was sent away with no call. They don't care. I will take my business elsewhere and...
