This location is really quite consistently bad. I'm not normally inclined to write bad reviews, but this location deserves every one star review on here. Every time I order from this location, I roll the dice hoping to get something decent and yet I am always disappointed. We'll start with their namesake, that is the pizza. I normally enjoy a pizza hut pizza, but I believe I've only ever got one order from here in a state of adequate freshness. A majority of the time, we are eating pizza which arrives at room temperature. Not even any warmth left.
Fortunately, the wait for the disappointment has usually been under an hour lately, but that's if you don't try to order on a weekend night. I ordered from this location one Saturday night a while back at 9:30 PM and received my pizza as I was just about to fall asleep at 1am. After 2 hours, I tried calling to cancel, but their phone number just goes to a call center and they couldn't even get ahold of the store to cancel the order for me. I asked for a refund, then they offered to have the store manager call me but I never got a call. I did receive a coupon in the mail apologizing for my issues with something like 10% off my next full price order. I didn't bother using it.
Another issue I've run into with this location is order accuracy. This very evening, for instance, we ordered some Quepapas. Seems pretty hard to mess those up. The website states it includes 15 pieces and ranch dip. We received 10 pieces and 5 packets of ketchup but no ranch to be found. I frequently order the boneless wings and add a side of blue cheese, however you are again rolling the dice on if you will get the blue cheese that you paid for. I even went as far as to make notes on my orders reminding them to not forget the blue cheese, and have been lucky enough to receive it with my order the past few times.
In addition to the pizza being cold, they are also quite stingy with toppings. We ordered a medium pepperoni pan just tonight and had 2 pieces that didn't have any cheese, sauce, or pepperoni on them. It was just a big dough bubble. Quite disappointing, because who wants to eat just dough?
Sorry if this review comes off harsh, but it is truthful and I hold out hope that they can improve, so I'll give it at least another 6 months before I try ordering...

So I ordered the triple threat box which has two medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a chocolate chip cookie pizza. I placed my order and got a conformation email telling me what time my pizza would be delivered and how much it cost. A half hour after I placed my order I got a call from pizza hut telling me that they were out of chocolate chip cookies and I could choose from either a chocolate thing (not sure what it was called because the lady on the phone was hard to understand ) or cinnamon sticks! I chose the chocolate thing because I was curious as to what it was. I then sat around for another half hour waiting for my pizza to get here. It finally showed up and as I look at the receipt that had doubled the cost and charged me $49.99 instead of the $24.17 it was supposed to be! I called the store and they told me it was something I did while I called to place my order when I got a conformation email saying that I was only going to be charged $24.17 so they doubled it on their own in the store and then told me that it was my fault the delivery guy had nothing to say about it and they didn't even try to fix it just told me that the general manager will call tomorrow. Once I finally opened my box of food they also got half of my order when and even though they called to confirm which dessert I wanted, they didn't even give me the one I ordered. It was so dry! I returned it for a refund. The "General Manager" said his name was "Chris" refused to give me a refund. He said "HR" had to approve it. This makes no sense! You have a customer who returned food they paid for and requested a refund, why does Human Resources have to approve it?!?! I have never heard of such a thing! He refused to give me any receipt or anything. Refused to give me another manager's name or corporate office number. Said he would send an email to HR and it will be up to them if I get my refund. Well, if I am not refunded, I will dispute this transaction through my credit card company because I can be seen on multiple cameras returning the pizza and I recorded the encounter with my phone! I paid for a product I did not receive! I paid for a pizza WITH sauce! That is is NOT what I received, which is why I returned it! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Oh and they had a toddler in the back by those big ovens! Complete safety hazard!! DANGEROUS CONDITIONS TO HAVE A TODDLER IN!!!! WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING?!?!? Update: I responded to the customer service comment by emailing them (per their request), and they never even responded. That should tell you something!!
