This quickly became my favorite pizza place. Always had fast and friendly service too! But, tonight was different. I ordered the usual 8 corner sausage pizza for delivery but this time with a gift certificate for a free pizza my daughter won and was excited to share with her family as we planned to set up our Christmas tree. First time ever, we did not receive what we ordered. I called to simply inform them that someone may have received our pizza and vice versa and I was put on hold to speak to store manager Steve (it was as if my call was expected- I didn't ask to speak to the manager nor did I intend for the scenario to escalate). Steve got on the line and let me explain the scenario and quickly blurted out that I shouldn't have gotten a free pizza delivered (although the gift certificate stated it could be for delivery, and I paid the delivery fee, and tipped the driver) and multiple times he explained how I got a good deal and repeatedly said how the person who took the order was wrong to allow an 8 corner pizza on that coupon. I told Steve that I originally called to simply inform them of the mistake but am now just totally disappointed in the way he treated me. I had no intention of even complaining, I called to inform them. Steve was so rude to me, very unprofessional and made me feel bad for ordering the pizza I ordered and for asking for delivery. I'm so disappointed in my interaction over the phone with Steve. If there was an issue with what I ordered, how come he didn't call and tell me and ask if I still wanted that order? Inform me that it would be an additional cost? Inform me that I should come pick it up? Instead he told his staff to make the basic version and deliver it out. I'm sure he didn't think I'd call but I did. And I truly wasn't upset until speaking to Steve. Very disappointed in his phone skills and customer service. As if sending me the wrong pizza should've been good enough because we were using a gift certificate. I've never been made to feel that way by a business before. I loved Jets in Brooklyn Park, but tonight I was totally disappointed, definitly ruined our special little night. they did send the correct pizza one hour later. The pizza wasn't the issue- we ate the first one he chose to send out- the correct pizza helped nothing. I would rather have had a sincere apology from Steve or maybe notice that someone above Steve is aware of how he speaks to return/loyal customers.    Read moreAfter ordering at 8pm and getting a notification that my food would be ready at 9:30pm, my food never came at the stated time. I called and inquired about my order and was told "it's next out". After waiting 30 more minutes of waiting, I called back only to be told that my food is next out and that they are waiting for one more item. This was 2 hours after waiting for my food. I was then told that they don't put in orders until the delivery driver returns. But why oh why would your site give time estimates for delivery and...why not call and tell someone you are delayed? We went to the store to request a refund. When we arrived, the order that the girl pointed to saying it was done, was missing 2 boxes. So....how long would my order have taken? Additionally when they refunded it, some employee (not the person we originally dealt with), came to show the voided order on the screen but didn't actually give the credit card receipt with the words "void" on it. He proceeded to get hostile towards us. The girl who was originally helping us pushed him away. She pointed out the zero receipt. We took the receipt from the pile that said "void" and showed them where it said it. This place has terrible service and will be delayed if they are always waiting for a driver to come back in order...

BUT after my 5 experiences at this location between me and my family.. it's been stellar. I mean the pizza has been off the hook good but the customer service? Something that is dying out faster then all the endangered species put together ... is amazing. For example they have stayed open numerous times to wait for my folks so they could get dinner as nothing else was open and they were busy all day watching kids... So they would wait and make a fresh Zza... another time I was having a terrible day and unfortunalty didn't realize until I'd got to the restaurant that I was quite a bit short.. they took what I had and still gave me the zza. ... it's things like this amongst just friendly words and conversation, as well as genuine kindness shown when needed the most that really set this place apart and made me feel compelled to write this...
