Bad ! Bad ! Bad! , if I could give a 0 star I would but even a 1 star is being generous. I came in around 10:30 pm, let me mind you it was 3 of us that weren’t really hungry and mainly came to watch an nba game, so we ordered about 30-40 wings and some apps. All there was were mainly a 1 baseball game and bw3 commercial, ask the waiter to change it for us and she said the manager only could change it, we didn’t even end up watching the game because no one changed the damn channel. When we have received our food the appetizers were good, I’ll give them that, but the wings 🤢, had a rancid smell to them as if they were not cleaned enough before they were cooked or they were sitting in there refrigerator for way to long so they had a gamey smell to it. I have also worked in a restaurant that mainly served chicken and I mainly dealt with raw chicken so I know when a piece of chicken is bad or not. I have told the waiter about the situation and she denies about them being bad and says that she had watched them make it in front of her. So I’m going back and forth with her about it then she tells to me to try it and it’s taste as bad as it smells, so then I asked for her manager, her manager comes and tells me the same thing she cooked the wings fresh and I told her they are rotten, she refused to make another set of wings because she said they would be the same way, told both the manager and waiter to smell the wings waiter says no and the MANAGER says I can’t smell and taste anything because she had Covid recently as she’s talking to me with no mask on, plus she’s making the food !!! Just paid for the drinks and the apps, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or take a couple dollars off our check. Both the waiter and manager are in denial, and will end up getting someone killed for being set on their ways, FDA needs to make their make way down to Tiedeman bw3 to have a look on what’s going on with this establishment.

This is the reason why I drive an extra 15-20 to minutes to north Olmsted location or strongsville location, that would be the last time I would come to this location, only acception would be is if they were closing down and I would come to...

Edit: once again, ordered from here for delivery and they didn’t give have my order. Wouldn’t do anything except give a $5 credit when I spent $40. Manager was useless. Won’t be getting from this location anymore.

Once This B-Dubs used to be spot on with good service. Just picked up wings from them, I checked my order because thats what they want you to do now, then had to exit a different way and walk around the building to get back to my car. Hostess was rude, but they were being talked to by other customers with complaints, so i understand thats frustrating. But I called the store because its the second time in a row Ive ordered from this location and they always give me the sweet bbq, not the honey bbq that i asked for. So called the store, they transferred me to the manager, think his name was Chris, and I calmly explained what was wrong. He proceeded to get defensive and be smart and try to argue over bbq sauces. Really? So instead of offering a remake so i can make the 30 min drive to get them done the right way, he just says "Ill see if bbq sauce got put in the wrong pump" Then hangs up on me. Called the store back and asked for a store number, the hostess had the store number wrong. So thats why im placing this review in hopes that corporate sees it and re-trains their people. Had a party of 12 we were seated no problem waiter came took our drink orders waiter it took more than 15 min to get drinks and the waiter couldn't remember who ordered what drink and he totally forgot 2 drinks so we reminded him as he took our food order so we waited for the drinks and the food and it was not busy at all when we got there by this time after 15 more min I had to go to the bar and get drinks for four of our party, not only were they out of the beer my son in law ordered he had just put the order in as I was ordering so I served our party our drinks as we watched our waiter walk around and do everything but come back to our table to check on our party part of our food order comes out burgers were fine but the wing flavors were all wrong and no labels of what was what waiter was just in another world as we sat and watched everyone else around us who came in after us get their dinners finally the rest of the orders came out and the flavors for the wings were also wrong it was the worst experience I've ever had at BWW. Now the waitress that we switched to at the end of the night gave her best, and the Manager tried to make things right. To little to late.
