They seated my family of 5 in the corner at a round table next to another family at a table of the same size. She was pulling chairs form other tables as those people were trying to enjoy their meals. One person at the table next to us was actually setting at our table backwards as she sat at her table forward. She was separating my wife and daughter because she was sitting in-between them? After I complained and tried to leave to go somewhere else. They asked kindly for us to stay. They offer us a more suitable table with plenty of room. So we ordered and then a party of 20 came in. We waited and waited, the party of 20 was served as eating their meals. My 16 month old was watching everyone around him eating but not him. So I decided that it was enough and explained to the server that, this was once my favorite place to go out to. I have always chosen the restaurant over the many choices in our area. Over the last 3-5 visits my opinion has really changed. Just over 2 years ago I began noticing that they stopped cleaning the filthy dust off of some items that hang along the upper walls. This was still there as of 9/25/15 "my last experience date" I have over looked this because " it was my favorite place to go" I explained that we will pay for the order but we will not be staying at the table any long and to box it to go. On the way out 6 workers were next to the front door. I stopped and pointed out the filthy stuff lingering around. This stuff has been there longer than any of the people working there now. I know that because I have been a patron of the location for many years. They looked stunned! After leaving, My family and I continued north on Tiedeman Rd. We went to the park located at Tiedeman and Memphis Ave to locate a picnic table to eat. My bay boy was crying he was so hungry by this time. Now we were outside and it was almost dark. The mosquitoes were ferociously hungy too. I proceeded to open the styrofoam container which to my surprise there was the steak and memphis ribs bathing in 1/4 to 1/2 inch of grease. I have never had such a terrible experience with any restaurant. Yes, if anyone is wondering? I did take photos of my food and of my food with the receipt. The receipt that they at first didn't want to give me. This will be my last visit to this location in...

After three weeks, I finally received correspondence from Arlene in Guest Relations regarding this matter and was told that someone from the location I visited would reach out. That was on January 14, 2025 and I’m still patiently waiting for someone to reach out and explain the reason behind my family’s negative experience.
Worst. Visit. EVER!!!
Buckle up readers, this is a fairly long one….
My daughter had a team event booked here well in advance. The assumption was that since the the restaurant told the planner they could accommodate our party, that they would be staffed enough to handle us. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case!!!
We had a party of roughly 40 people total in two separate rooms (players and parents) and the restaurant only had ONE server! Needless to say that it was 1/2 hour before we got drinks, one hour before we put our order in, and two hours before appetizers began to come out. Our event began at 1900 and I didn’t sign the slip on my bill until well after 2200.
What frustrated me the most was not that it took so long for my waitress to bring out cold food, nor was it that she never even came back to ask if we wanted refills. What frustrated me the most was that when I attempted to give my waitress my card IMMEDIATELY after she gave me my bill to try to expedite leaving because we had zero intentions of being there that long, she asked me to wait until she handed everyone their bill first. I agreed, but she ended up leaving with everyone’s card EXCEPT mine. When I noticed, I tried to follow after her, but she disappeared into the back. I then attempted to take my bill to the bar to pay it, to which I was told that only my waitress could bill us out. Unbelievable! It’s like this place is inviting me to leave without paying my tab!
I ended up flagging down the hostess and begging her to ring me out so that my party and I could leave. She did, and we were finally freed from being held hostage.
The saddest part was that other than our party, the entire restaurant was empty.
I had not been to this location in years, and needless to say, I will not be returning to this or any other TGI Friday location if this is the...
Read moreThis was the 2nd visit that was very disappointing. We were seated a little before 5pm. The first clue that we were about to have a bad experience should have been that no one seemed to know who was serving our table. We ended having about 4 different people wait on us.
The only item brought in a timely manner was our coffee. I admit it took us awhile to choose what we wanted but when we did it still took someone 15 minutes to take our order. We ordered the Classic Sampler of appetizers. It took almost 45 minutes to receive my salad and another 15 minutes for the potato skins which were hard on the bottom as well as the bacon on them. My salad came before the appetizers and I finished it well before the appetizers were delivered.
Dinner for me was the 8oz Filet Mignon. I ordered it rare on the off chance of being overcooked and instead found it Blue. My fiancee ordered the 2 for $14 of which he chose ribs and salmon. His broccoli was undercooked, the salmon was perfect on one end and overcooked on the other. The ribs....how do you make ribs that fall off the bone dry?!
The girl that waited on us the most made me feel like an afterthought. After we got our dinners, that were not brought to our table by her, she walks passed our table and doesn't even stop to ask if everything is done correctly. She asks and keeps on walking. I understand being busy, but part of her job is customer service. I didn't see much! She stopped at our table and dropped off our check about halfway through our meal and said to let her know if we wanted dessert. What happened to waiting until the end of the meal and asking if we wanted dessert? I asked for a to go box and even then she didn't stop and ask how everything was. She hands me the box as she's walking passed.
As for her T.I.P. she received more than she deserved! We...
