A very unfortunate experience, in what should have been nostalgia experience for me. I haven't been to LGS in years and was looking forward to bringing home some great food for my daughters birthday and sitting back talking about the memories. It was quickly ruined when I had to leave with a refund and no food. 😞 three meals was what I ordered, 45 min later, and when I finally got up to the register to ask what was going on. They threw one box in the window and said that should be everything. The lady at the register asked where the rest of the food was? Then she asked what name they were working on, and it was the order after mine. She said they are making mine right now as I watched the first box still sitting in the window. I declined and asked for my money back. I would like to mention they had a large order in front of me, this is why I tried to be patient and waited so long. Read moreOn Friday June 25th 2021 we went out of our way to come here to pick up food for a family friend that is in a hospital in Brunswick. Checked the hours the day before and all set to be there as soon as they opened. The hours stated 10:30am. So here we are at the location at 10:30am to find out a sign on the door now states 11am opening. So we decided to wait it out. 5 minutes before 11am the manager shows up and tells us and the other customers waiting that she is not opening the restaurant until 12:30. I can not understand number one how you are a manager show up until 5 minutes before you are supposed to open and then to refuse to take care of your customers that have drove out of their way and waited in your parking lot for a half an hour.
