Everyone with a smile greeted by everyone. Very busy, well organized took our order fairly quick didn't have to wait long. Food came out fairly quick, fries were very cold but was able to get hot fresh fries. What disappoints me is there's no BBQ sauce only Cane's sauce, ketchup & honey mustard sauce, which 2 out of 3 I detest & those are Cane's & honey mustard sauce. I don't know what's the uproar about Cane's sauce but hey just because I don't like it there's always others who do. The tenders I tell you are some of the best tenders I've ever had, hot & juicier & better than Guthrie's, the bread is even better, fries are equal to each other. Wife says the sauce is about the same as each other's, I highly recommend them will return again... ***BUEN PROVECHO***

This place has fabulous chicken. As a first timer I wasn't quite sure what to expect. There was a decent amount of food for the price that I paid. The chicken was fresh, hot, and it was very tasty and flavorful. Cole slaw was good and the fries were fresh. Nice touch with the Texas toast added to the meal. I ordered online, walked right in and gave them my name and my food was in my hand and I was right back out the door. No need to wait in the drive-thru. Fast service with a smile. The parking lot can be a little tricky to exit from, it may be easier to head out on Brookpark instead of trying exit on Teideman.

I love the food and everyone is normally very nice. That being said this is the 3rd time we have ordered the 6 strip combo only to get a regular box. I attempted to call in to let them know, DJ told me I have 7 people checking them I don't believe you. I was angry enough I hung up. I called back only to be questioned on when I had an order and if I had proof of purchase. If he could have kept himself from questioning me and being defensive I was only calling in to let them know it was a problem not asking for anything for free or anything. Check your orders before you leave.

We have visited this location twice before (it is an hour from our home) and have come to enjoy Cane's, but today seemed to be an off day. The employees were rude and disinterested. The line was wrapped around the building, so one would think that they would be cranking out food and that it would all be piping hot and fresh. Not so. Chicken strips were barely warm, the breading was not crispy, and the meat itself was oddly spongy. It seemed to be lower quality meat than our previous visits. Not the quality we had come to expect. The fries were okay but also not great. We waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and then pulled into a parking spot at a nearby business to eat. I could only choke down portions of 2 of my 4 chicken strips and a few fries. The toast and coleslaw were good. Canes sauce was delicious as always. We left disappointed and hungry. We had to stop for additional food on the way home. I was excited to recently hear that a Cane's location is coming to a town 10 minutes from my home, but now I am no longer excited. This visit left a bad taste...

I went there and places an order then I remembered I need something else so before she said that's all for you I interjected and said one more thing. I said what I wanted Waited to her her confirm the oder....nothing I said hello....nothing is honked....nothing I Waited a good 5 mins saying hello hello until someone pull behind me. I told the lady I don't think Noone is here so she pull to the other drive-thru lane and someone answered so I drove off and another guy was behind and I heard someone took his order. I went to the pick up window and asked what happened her excuse was "the story that I heard was that she took your order and than you asked something and she didn't understand". So excuse me if I have this wrong when you don't understand something do you A. Ask again B. Ask someone if you dont understand C. Ignore the customer

Because asking someone to put those take out paper liner in your styrofoam box because Hot chicken goes in there is hard to understand apparently and deserves no answer and no good...

It's terrible my 1st experience with Cane's was far from perfect. How can someone not count Chicken Tenders? Missing tenders in 1 box and missing extra fries in another and can't forget missing paid for extra Cane sauce. My daughter eats Cane's all the time and has always raved about the freshness... Maybe just a issue at this location? She was also disappointed with quality. I guess I expected more of a crunch with the breading. Yes cooked thru but soggy, seemed more like a baked tender than fried. Again fries also were very soggy-seemed more undercooked than anything else. Driving 35mins was definitely not worth the cost of the meals. When calling about the error the 'manager' asked me to come back, 'they will fix it. Doesn't help me when I will not be back anytime soon. I know these chicken spots are busy but multiple errors in 1 order is a bit too much....
